Awesome place! It's totally worth the hassle of finding parking downtown. Super friendly staff, & spoke more English than my limited French. The Mushroom Swiss burger hit all the right spots! 10/10 would go again in a heartbeat!

We got pick up late night on a weekday. Our order was fulfilled very quickly?! Friendly & efficient staff, clean restaurant👍. The Bello burger well satisfied our cheeseburger craving, it was huge🍔🍔🍔. The beef was perfectly cooked & clearly of high quality! They do not hold out on the cheese🧀!! The salad was extremely fresh & had a great mix of fresh veggies, & the dressing was flavorful & well portioned🥗. We would love to come back!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Seems weird to say this about a fast food place, but they make the best burgers I've ever had. Also their fries & onion rings are perfection.
Been here multiple times, my opinion remains unchanged.
If you're going to a show at MTelus or a drink at Foufs, this is the BEST place nearby to get a bite to eat before or after.

The crispy chicken sandwich & poutine fries were absolutely amazing! The chicken was fried to perfection-crispy on the outside & juicy on the inside. & the fries? Wow. The rich, savory toppings on the poutine took them to another level. A must-try for sure!

Me & my wife had SAJ bomb style. With French fries.... I was quite impressed. Had the putine. .. it was alright. Service was good. & had a group on young ppl laughing

Nice place for quick meal. The staff is friendly. They have that huge screen to make your own order & pay. But what I really don't like is that there is no any description on the items of the menu. Like how am I supposed to know what's inside the burger? In this case the screen is useless because I'll end up talking to the staff haha.

Went there because of the positive reviews. The staff was nice & friendly. I got a cheese steak sandwich with fries. The cheese steak comes with tomato & lettuce!!! But it was good nevertheless. The fries were stale & even worse, not salted. Overall, the food is OK but not for their prices...

Big burger fan & tried it first time. Let me start by saying that if you don't salt my fries, I won't be your client. Fries should be salted when hot out of the oil. If you salt them later, the salt doesn't stick. It's over. Don't make decisions for me by not salting the fries. Second thing is the burger. Meat was okay but absolutely drenched in a sauce which was super basic & uninteresting: mustard with mayo. A&W have cheaper tastier burgers. The hotdog was also extremely forgettable. I ate better $1 hotdogs. My last time eating here.

Portions are large & worth the price! We enjoyed our food at Billy K's. The food was popping with flavour. This was a great reward after a long day of traveling to enjoy our poutine. The staff were not helpful. They punched in what we ordered, didn't recommend options nor friendly service Would we come here again? Yes for the food Food: 8/10 Service: 2/10 Atmosphere: 3/10 (Has ample seating-generic fast food atmosphere inside) Cleanliness: food & kitchen appeared clean from what we could see, but tables needed wiping as well as condiment station

We ordered a billy's poutine & some parmesan fries & both of them were absolutely delicious. The portions were generous, the cheese sauce was garlicky & really good. & the billy's poutine -the signature meal- tasted like barbecue sauce, gravy & completely rich in flavours. The staff was also really friendly & welcoming.

I have eaten several times here, the hamburgers are pretty good, very good quality/quantity value... but the french fries they serve you a lot but I don't recommend them, overcook, very oily & soft, feels like eating cardboard soaked in old cooking oil. I hope they improve it because the rest of their menu are very good.

I'd give 4.5 but google doesn't allow that. We had the Fringe poutine, Billy Burger & Philly Steak grilled cheese. Both sandwiches were excellent. The poutine sauce was great, fries were decent, but the .5 off was due to the cheese curds not being that good. Staff was friendly, order came out quick, & the place seemed clean.
