Probably the best cake in all of Montreal! I've previously had their classic vanilla sprinkle birthday cake , & also tried their cake of the day, a lemon cake. They were absolutely amazing.
I called in advance & was able to pay over the phone to put them aside to pick up, the clerk was very friendly & helpful on the phone. The slices of cake are pretty big, can definitely feed 2-4 people per slice.
Everything in the bakery looks so tempting & delicious, I can't wait to try more things here.
They also wrote a cute message in the box which was a bonus!! They also put a candle in the birthday cake which is convenient because I was bringing it for a birthday.
Slices of cake are about 3$ less in person than on Uber Eats so definitely worth calling to pick up.

The best cookies, cinnamon rolls, cakes, etc of Montreal! Absolutely everything here is beyond delicious. Coffee also great!

we went there to order only drinks (but the cookies looks delicious) & the cherry match was a disappointment flavor, the combination & the top of cake just make the taste worse :(

THE best cookies. PB&J, S'mores cookies are my favorites but they are honestly all incredible. Purchased whole cakes & slices many times & have they are all bangers.

Birthday cake is EXCEPTIONAL: Creamy frosting, not too sugary; dense, flavourful cake. Beautiful presentation. Highly recommend.

We ordered the raspberry lemon birthday cake from Bernice, & unfortunately it was very disappointing for the price. At around $75, we expected much better quality & flavor. The cake was overly sweet, & honestly all we could really taste was sugar. The raspberry & lemon flavors barely came through, making the cake feel very average overall.

For this price range, there are much better options out there, we personally found Le Cavalier to be far superior in quality & taste. Sadly, this cake did not feel worth the money.
