Plus que déçue du service & de mon menue ! Alors , Je vais pour le menue spécial ramadan avec une soupe, samosa , une brique de lait & des dattes ... que fut ma surprise quand ni le lait ni samosa ne m'ont étais servi , je réclame au serveur il dit qu'ils n'ont en pas . Je me rassoit & je me met a manger , ma soupe est froide, mes frites sont cramé comme sur la photo, je me relève & je demande a la serveuse de me changer mes frites, c'est impossible de manger des frites avec un goût de bruler elle commence d'abord par me dire que c'est la cuisson normal des frites 🙃 comme si je n'avais jamais manger de frites avant ça, j'insiste elle me les changes poyr le ramener les mêmes frites brûlé juste un peu plus chaude ... franchement 20 dollars pour ça c'est du gâchis & c'est surtout de la publicité mensongère. Plus jamais j'y remet les pieds.
J'ai fait 25minutes de route & je suis arrive 40 minutes avant la fermeture pour me faire dire on nettoie pour fermer.
Si le restaurant ferme a 3:30 il faut preciser 3:30 & non 4h ! Tres tres decu du service

Vraiment pas bon on dirait la viande est périmé & en plus il affiche des prix sur les murs & l'ecran une fois a l'accueil c'est un autres prix très mal honnête

Food is amazing, I've been going there for a few months but the false advertising got me this time. On their website it clearly says 15$ for a trio & in store they charge 21$ per trio. They also say that this promotion is expired but can't tell me why it's still on their website. Only explanation I got is'I don't have access to give you this price in my system'. I asked if they can compensate with something like a dessert from Lokma but nothing… really disappointed.
Also guy at the counter doesn't speak French.. like come on, you're in Quebec & it's an Arabic restaurant
The first thing you see when you go on their website is a $15 promotion (see attached). It says at the restaurant only.
At the location, they refuse to honour this offer. I was told things about this being an Uber promotion which is plain false if you read the promotion. Even then, it is not ongoing on Uber regardless & never was in the past couple of days.
It's false advertising that got me in their door.
It also took me literally 29 minutes from the moment I paid to the moment I received my order, & there were only 3 people in front of me. $19.53 & 29 minutes later for a small, cold sandwich (no trio) is ridiculous.
