food was terrible & soggy , workers were rude & i waited an hour for my food & the store wasnt even busy. NEVER COME HERE its horrible & the kitchen did not look clean

Food took 50 MINUTES to be ready, we asked for a refund & they said no, there was MAX 6-8 people so not rushed & the workers told me if I aint happy to go work instead of them & the food was actually soggy & bad

Franchement, grosse déception chez Bergham Laval. La qualité des sandwichs a vraiment baissé, tout comme celle des ingrédients (même les fruits ne sont plus à la hauteur). Mais le plus choquant reste la taille des sandwichs : rien à voir avec ce qu'on avait il y a 2 ans. Pour le prix qu'on paie aujourd'hui, c'est clairement abusé. Je suis très déçu & je ne suis pas sûr de revenir..
