Food is amazing, I've been going there for a few months but the false advertising got me this time. On their website it clearly says 15$ for a trio & in store they charge 21$ per trio. They also say that this promotion is expired but can't tell me why it's still on their website. Only explanation I got is'I don't have access to give you this price in my system'. I asked if they can compensate with something like a dessert from Lokma but nothing… really disappointed.

Also guy at the counter doesn't speak French.. like come on, you're in Quebec & it's an Arabic restaurant

What a joke.

The first thing you see when you go on their website is a $15 promotion (see attached). It says at the restaurant only.

At the location, they refuse to honour this offer. I was told things about this being an Uber promotion which is plain false if you read the promotion. Even then, it is not ongoing on Uber regardless & never was in the past couple of days.

It's false advertising that got me in their door.

It also took me literally 29 minutes from the moment I paid to the moment I received my order, & there were only 3 people in front of me. $19.53 & 29 minutes later for a small, cold sandwich (no trio) is ridiculous.

J'y suis allé car j'ai reçu un rabais 2 pour 1 pour les naans par la poste. Arrivée sur place le commis m'a indiqué qu'il n'honorait plus le rabais malgré que la date inscrite sur le papier était encore valide. Déçu j'ai commandé tout de même. Le commis a compris la situation & m'a offert un trio sans frais additionnel. J'apprécie grandement ce geste, cela démontre une attention responsable de l'employé & l'entreprise. PS: le naan était très bon aussi!
