I had been looking forward to trying Benny as long time St.Hubert client but was disappointed. We ordered takeout dinner for 6 & although the chicken was good the fries were terrible & cold as was the gravy & coleslaw was warm as it was packed in box next to chicken. The worst part was for our chicken strips dinners ad our fries none of the sauces we specifically asked for were given which ruined a few of our dinners. We actually called to see if they could bring then as we lived few minutes away while we were eating but we were kept on hold for 10 minutes before we finally hung up, so overall not a good experience.

Update: ordered at the drive through, everything was great except for the coleslaw. By the time we got home, the coleslaw was as hot as the fries. We had to discard both of them. Suggestion: the coleslaw should be put in a separate bag away from the hot meal in the box. Plus I would like to follow-up on my previous post: When the person at the drive through presented me with the Interac machine, the tip option was still there. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I'm trying to understand why you are asking for a tip at the drive through. I know that the customer is not required to leave a tip but you do understand you put him in an awkward position. Shame on you! as if we are not paying enough taxes as is.
