Je suis déçu, car avant quand on commandait là-bas ça débordait de frites, aujourd'hui c'est à peine si il y en avait. Honnêtement je crois que je vais retourner au Scores où les portions de frites sont beaucoup plus généreuse.
P.s. Vôtre livreur était vraiment gentil & aimable !

WOW!!! EXPERIENCE HORRIBLE.

Je peux dire que ca fait depuis l'ouverture de Benny a st- dorothee, moi & plein de membre de ma famille & amis , pt une centaine vont boycotter cette place maintenant!

Juste moi meme jai placer pt plus que 400 commandes depuis!

Mon histoire! Bref, je faut une commande en ligne pour 2 personnes ! Alors jaime appeler apres car souvent les portions sont tres cheap & desappointant.

Une fille me repond, d'un ton tres aggressive & brusque! Je lui dit stp assure toi que les portions de frites sont genereuse car on a eu des surprises auparavant! Elle me reponds comme une filles dans la rue ,BEN LA ON FAIT PAS D'EXCEPTION A PERSONNE. juste la je m3 suis senti rabaisser & son ton qui est tres aggressive, je dit a elle pk vous crier apres moi!? Les autres fois ,on me dit pas de probleme on fait attention.

Ensuite ,elle me demande mon nom, genre 3 fois & verifie la commande avec l adresse! Elle devenue encore plus aggressive & je dirait racistes!! D'un ton encore meprisant.

Jai rester calme , & puis jai dit stp pour lea frites , donne moi 2 sauces avec.

Jai tj eux mes sauces sans rien payer!! St hubert te l'offre & plein d autres resto ailleurs.

Mais elle commencer a me dire toute sortes de chose,bla bla , elle a trop manquer de respect envers une clientele depuis 30 ans ,on commande Benny!.

Live, je lui dit cancelle ma commande! Pu jamais je vais commander la!

Franchement, manque de respect totale,aucune empathis,zero service a la clientele, en plus raciste ! Des employers comme ca detruit des compagnies & leur reputations!

Triste mais pas grave !!!
Ailleurs vont me servir avec amour.

Juste apres ai commandet St hubert!
& jai eu le meilleur service a vie.

C'était ma première commande ce soir, & franchement j'ai adoré. Le service à la clientèle au téléphone était parfait, on m'a très bien conseillé avec plusieurs plats parce que j'hésitais beaucoup. Tout était vraiment très bon, j'ai reçu la commande chaude & bien emballée, & le livreur était très gentil.
