Had such an amazing time!! The chef was incredible, so talented in so many ways. The most festive meal I've ever experienced. Really glad I checked that off my bucket list. Expected to pay more for that kind of service. Highly recommend.

Eros & Fanny were amazing waiters, so kind, considerate, & attentive. The atmosphere was great, & we felt really welcomed from start to finish. They were incredibly polite & always made sure we were having a good time. The chef was also really nice, funny, amusing & did great animation! Such a lovely experience!
Very disappointed with this place. The food was not good at all - the meal of steak & chicken was extremely salty & oddly had no real seasoning or flavor. The chef cooked right in front of us, which should have been a highlight, but there was barely any showmanship. Instead, he mostly sang badly, which took away from the experience rather than adding to it. Cocktails were ok. Overall, it did not meet expectations & I wouldn't return.
Not what I expected. It was loud & showy, felt like too much play with the food. Just basic & sincerely like a kids show tbh. You share tables with total strangers that gossip about other guests all night long. So weird
Aujourd'hui, j'avais réservé à 13 h pour 2 personnes. Par erreur, j'ai rappelé afin d'ajouter 3 personnes à ma réservation, ce qui avait été accepté sans problème. Or, trois heures plus tard, la gestionnaire (Maude) m'a contacté pour m'indiquer qu'il ne serait finalement pas possible d'être 5 personnes à la dernière minute, un jour de fête.
Lorsque je lui ai mentionné que cette décision arrivait elle-même à la dernière minute & que cela compliquait une annulation, son attitude a été déplacée, condescendante & peu professionnelle. Elle s'est contentée de me répondre qu'elle venait d'arriver, qu'elle était la gestionnaire & que c'était elle qui décidait, sans aucune considération pour la situation ni pour le client.
Un tel manque d'écoute, d'empathie & de sens du service à la clientèle est décevant, surtout de la part d'une personne occupant un poste de gestion. La manière hautaine & autoritaire dont on m'a adressé laisse croire que le respect du client n'est clairement pas une priorité. Cette expérience donne une très mauvaise image de l'établissement & remet sérieusement en question la qualité de sa gestion.
C'est pour cette raison que je laisse cette note à votre restaurant, un établissement que j'adorais fréquenter auparavant.
Our chef didn't put on the'show' we expected & just half ass sang random songs….
The food was very underwhelming & tasted burnt.
We drove to Montreal from Ottawa just for this (me & my kids)

On est venu aujourd'hui pour un petit souper de Noel avec mon fils. On a mis sur une table avec une des inconnus, une famille blanche & naturellement le serveur était plus apte à repondre à leurs besoins que nous. l était assez expeditif, mon fils voulait du calmar comme entrée qu'il n'a pas & même son dessert n'a pas été donné. Un souper qui devait etre amusant fut tres inconfortable car non seulement de la compagnie nous a été imposée & aussi & on a pas eu tout ce qu'on voulait. A la fin,, C'est comme si qu'on voulait qu'on parte pour quitter la table.

The meal at the restaurant last night was very very salty I couldn't eat my supper because of my high blood pressure. Plus my drink had no alcohol in it & I asked twice for more alcohol & I got the sane results.
