I have visited many restaurants & this is truly one of the finest at this level. The Eggs Benedict were superb & the service from Jennie-Marie was even better. I will definitely be back again.

Je suis surprise par les commentaires négatifs ci-dessous. J'y suis allée trois fois chez ce Ben & Florentine & c'est de loin mon déjeuner-brunch préféré. L'intérieur est joli & accueillant, la nourriture délicieuse & le service chaleureux. Honnêtement, je trouve Ben & Flo bien plus convivial & authentique que toute la chaîne Cora que tout le monde vénère (& là encore, Cora a quelques bons plats dans son menu).

La nourriture est acceptable, mais les portions sont parfois petites. Le service laisse vraiment a desirer. Les vieilles serveuses sont peu professionelles & semblent eviter de revenir a la table suite a avoir amené le repas. Bref, j'y suis allee quelques fois & je ne suis jamais sortie entierement satisfaite.

My eggs florentine were overcooked (not that I like it super runny...) & every element was barely warm. The cheese was not melted at all. I was waiting for the waiter to swing by so I could let him know & give him a chance to correct it. He didn't come back to the table until we had both finished eating.

My husband ordered extra cheese, sausages & toast & all of those items were overpriced.

So the food was not bad per se, but the waiter failed on our visit.
