We waited an hour before someone took our order. The owner was yelling at the staff everyone heard ,very degrading. It took a customer to tell him to stop & handle all the customers waiting. The toast was slobbered with butter we told the waitress nothing got handled. Terrible experience

This is one of our go to brunch places in VSL. The foods & service are all good. Price list of Ben & Florentine is reasonable. Kid menu is good. The only thing I hope it can get better is about the facilities: newer tables, bigger & cleaner washroom.

There are 2 slow moving,not friendly,not trying to give you good service waitresses! 09/01/2024 came to have breakfast! Had flowers with me,asked to put them in water & put on the table. Waitress took them & left somewhere without water. The same time I was waiting for the flowers at the table!!! After 25 minutes of waiting asked waitress where are my flowers. She answered that they are on the back without water! She didn't inform me that is not going to put in water & bring on the table as I asked,just simply brought flowers away & left them without water! After that she told me that it's not her job,second waitress joined her & repeated that it's not her job! After that we left & came to the restorante next door. Never,never come to that place again!!!

I went there with a group of 10 people, on new year, & I was surprised on how nice the service was! Thank you to all the workers who came in to work & to serve us our first meal of the year! Loved everything! What we took : - Smoothies : Healthy green & Watermelon (loved it!) - Avocado, bacon & goat cheese toast - Ricotta & Strawberry toast - Old-fashioned skillet - Eggs Benedict Spicy italian sausage & stiracha
