My little son & I like to eat here. The food is very good & the prices are affordable, & the service is quality, especially the waitress Florence, who is very kind to us even though I am not fluent in French.
We've been here quite a few times now & had good experience, however the last two visits were ruined by a waitress. - We've ordered foods & were left without coffee/tea for a while, I had to ask her colleague for it - Kids food had juice included, but she forgot & I had to ask it - She only shown up twice at our table: once for taking order, last time for bringing the bill - Errors & mistakes happen, I understand, however she never had smile on her face & always seems rushed & rude to serve, as it we are not welcome - Lastly & the worst part, due to bad service & altitude she had, I decided to tip only 2.50$ (& that's still about 7%, we ate for 35$), yet when she saw me not selecting 15% on the terminal, she said "the 15% button is here sir", then she took the terminal away & press the 15% & returned the terminal to me, effectively forcing me to give 15% tips, is that even legal? All in all, this good restaurant is being ruined by this waitress, I wonder where I can file complaint.

The food was amazing, but I've been here multiple times & I feel like the restaurant is understaffed in terms of bussers. If there were more bussers, the waitress wouldn't have to do everything & I could get a clean table during a rush.
Un bel locale dove mangiare un ottimo brunch, personale simpatico e cordiale, purtroppo servizio un pò lento e aria condizionata insufficiente che con il locale pieno e la giornata assolata hanno reso l'ambiente un pò troppo caldo. In generale vale la pena farsi un giro per mangiare piatti tipicamente americani.
I've eaten here to many times to count. But it ends now. Eggs were sour. Croton was dried out & tasted like everything else in the fridge. I used to love coming here for breakfast. But no more. Truly a disgusting meal. Wasn't even busy.

Ever since the change of ownership, the restaurant is filthy. Dust bunnies hanging from the window edges, tons of dirt on the floor along the booths & the bathroom has seen better days. The restaurant needs a serious deep cleaning.
Je vais déjeuner à ce resto depuis longtemps & c'est très bon. Par contre, hier, pour la 2e fois cette année, je voulais déjeuner avant le travail. Je suis donc arrivée avec des amis à l'heure d'ouverture (6h), & jusqu'à 6h10, personne n'était encore arrivé pour ouvrir le resto! Cela est inacceptable & fait en sorte que j'irai ailleurs dorénavant pour mes déjeuners lève-tôt. Vous avez aussi perdu d'autres clients puisqu'il y avait une famille de 5 qui attendait & qui a quitté après quelques minutes. Très décevant.
Good food, usually great service except for today. We weren't asked if we wanted anything to drink, & no water offered. At the end, we were given the bill without being asked if we wanted a dessert or coffee. Let's see next week's service.
