Très bon service, mon plat était parfait à mon goût. Très populaire le dimanche que nous sommes allé, pensez à réserver si vous êtes capable. Le restaurant était plein donc c'est relativement bruyant mais plein de vie!
- Goods: Food, quick service, flexibility with diet restrictions. - Not so Good: Children did not come first - Wish They Had: American style breakfast (steaks, beans etc) We were there for a family gathering, a party of more than thirty people. The food was great. They accommodated some changes in the ingredients basen on our diet limitations. The food was served relatively fast given the size of the party. However, by pure coincidence, the adults were served first & children were served by a few minutes delay, which was "forever" in their time frame. I wish the waiter had taken time to make sure that children had been served first. Also, no steak or such if you are interested in American breakfast.

Bon restaurant à déjeuner, sympathique & courtois. La nourriture est bonne, les proportions sont intéressantes & le service est attentionné. Le menu n'est pas très riche. Il manque des options plus gastronomiques & des plats sans porc (ex. oeufs bénédictines champignon & brie). Par contre, les patates sont excellentes!
This is my favourite breakfast place, it was crowded & it took a bit longer than one would expect, but the server team was awesome, super nice & the food was delicious too.
Great food & great people at this Ben & Florentine! My family & I have frequented this restaurant for several years & no matter what you order on the menu, you always get the best version of it. The staff is super friendly & strive to be the best. We appreciate everything about this restaurant & you'll never make a mistake stopping by to enjoy breakfast, brunch or lunch! Update Nov 2024: This Ben & Florentine continues to be my favourite breakfast/brunch restaurant. Just incredible delicious food & friendly service with a comfortable atmosphere. It is worth every penny! Picture is the 10 on 10 or dix sur dix en français. All the joys of Quebec on one plate!
Service très mauvais avec les serveuses qui manquent de politesse & ne parlentpas français en nous abordant, nous sommes au Québec & le français doit primer. Nourriture bonne dans l'ensemble.
I loved this place so much. I was served by a wonderful server called Tina, she was so funny & charming! The food was perfect & in big portions. I love the atmosphere too🤍🤩🤯

Very slow service the place was not busy at 11.00 am,had to wait 30 minutes to place our order. The breakfast was cold,had wait for the toast. Never going back to this again.

I've been there a couple of times & this is the first time I was served in a horrible way by a waitress in a restaurant. My parents ordered their plate with sausages. Sadly, it had a funny taste to it (I've had sausages before from this restaurant, & I can confirm this time it tasted funny). I let the waitress know right away, & instead of taking the plate away to change the whole plate she gave us another small of sausages only, without even removing the whole entire time. We asked her to change for another kind of meat instead. After she comes back again, I had to tell her that the sausage was served on top of the potatoes & we won't be eating those potatoes. So she brought us another side plate of potatoes, again, instead of replacing the plate... I've worked for years as a waitress at restaurants, & also the first time feeling the need to leave only 10% tips. This is unacceptable. My meal was actually really good, so it's really sad that we were served like that.. I understand sometimes what happens in the kitchen is out of the waitresses control, but definitely could have find a better solution than that. Sadly, I am not going back there anymore.

Great breakfast options whether you like transitional & creamy, or light & healthy. I love their crispy potatoes that add lots of pleasure to the meal. The service is great but a bit short-staffed. I was not able to get water until I left.
