Soggy bread on those the guacamole toast. The waffles are not crips, they are fresh but with a center perfectly baked, but need a bit more time to make it crispy. Excellent service without the good staff I won't be returning.

Renowned breakfast franchise spot on a busy road. The food is good, up to standard with other restaurants of this cariety. The potatoes are fresh & the waffles are light. Prices are decent, pretty normal for the food that's offered. It's been recently renovated & is now more spacious & the service is friendly & helpful. Overall a decent spot for breakfast.

Ça faisait un petit moment que j'étais allé chez Ben & Flo. Cet emplacement a été rénové depuis ma dernière visite. Vraiment bien. Le service était efficace (merci Chhay). J'aime bien leurs oeufs benedict. Malheureusement, il n'y a plus l'option 3 viandes. Il y avait toutefois un menu spécial avec les oeufs bénédict "philly cheese steak" & le tout était excellent. Un peu dispendieux pour des oeufs (19,75$) mais bon, de nos jours, les prix sont devenus fous partout. Parlant de prix, votre menu sur votre site web sont erronés. Les prix semblent être les prix avant l'inflation. Par contre, les portions ne sont pas encore victime de la réduflation

First off, the wait line was all the way outside & their entrance was not heated...it was blowing cold air as we waited. Also, not the waitress' fault but it was super busy & they seemed understaffed...so our food took nearly an hour to arrive, & they ran out of special birthday donuts for our little niece 🥺. For $120 with tips, we weren't impressed

Took ten minutes for the waitress to find me some syrup. By the time she finally came back, my pancakes were cold. Forgot my tea multiple times as well.

Il y a toujours la queue & la pour une fois personne dehors,donc avec ma femme & mon fils on ce dit c'est l'occasion vue les bonne review. Nous sommes arrivés à 12h20 notre repas nous a été servi a 13h50... 1h30 d'attente pour un burgers & oeuf jambon effilochée. Nous avons attendu tous ce temps sans nous proposer d'eau ou savoir si un café nous ferait plaisir. Repas sans saveur & froid (poivron pas cuit) première & dernière fois.

Our waiter was amazing, very welcoming & efficient. The food was delicious with a lot of variety to choose from. It was a great experience & I will return in the future.

It was my first time eating at a Ben & Florentine chain. The food was comparable to other breakfast chains, maybe a little bit more expensive for the amount of food but not by much. There are small differences from others in that they have apple compote in their standard plates & their toasts are generously buttered. Chhay, our server, was very efficient, courteous, & proactive (constantly refilling our coffees). No complaints!
