Great Vietnamese restaurant! The pho soup was rich & delicious, & the bánh mì sandwich was fresh & very tasty. Sun, the host, was very hospitable & always smiling - he treated me like a good friend. I would definitely come back.

I have been waiting to try this place for months now but just had not gotten around to it as it's an hour from home. Today, I finally made it & I am so happy I did. My wife & I started by sharing a pork Bahn Mi sandwich. This sandwich was heaven. The bread was so light & crispy & simply flaked into little pieces upon my bite. It then seemed to melt in my mouth revealing the other delicious flavors of the roast pork, Cilantro, carrots, & sauces. Chefs kiss!
We then moved on to a large bowl of pho with thinly sliced beef. My first observation was that it had a very generous amount of beef. Typically, I am left wishing that I had more. Not the case today my friends. Also, having had half a sandwich, I was sure that I would not be able to finish the huge bowl. As it turned out the pho was so delicious that I was stuffed, but yet happy right to the last little slurp of broth.
I can't wait to get hungry again to make another run back here & try out some of the other dishes.
I should add that the man who helped us was super friendly & spoke English as well as French. Not really important but just made it that much more comfortable asking questions about our food. He was even kind enough to offer some insight to us for our upcoming trip to Vietnam.
Great food, friendly service, great company are the ingredients to life! Enjoy.

Visiblement, j'ai été le seul à être déçu par mon expérience, ce que je trouve un peu particulier… Premièrement, la vocation de votre restaurant n'est pas trop claire. Vous souhaitez que les clients commandent au comptoir ou vous préférez offrir le service aux tables ? Dans le premier cas, il faudrait afficher le menu complet à l'ardoise. Dans le second, vous devriez prévoir du staff supplémentaire, car la pauvre serveuse n'y arrivait pas du tout. Nous avons reçu notre « Bubble Tea » 15 minutes après notre sandwich…

Par la suite, en parcourant le menu, nous n'avons trouvé aucune sélection pour les enfants, ce qui me semble pourtant facile à y remédier. La serveuse était d'ailleurs complètement décontenancée par notre demande de séparer un « Bubble Tea » dans deux (2) verres pour mes enfants, refusant d'abord de le faire avant de se raviser. À noter que vous offrez une très belle sélection de combinaisons & que tout le monde a apprécié les saveurs.

Quant au Bahm Mi, il s'agit plutôt d'un sandwich aux carottes puisqu'il y a une quasi absence complète de viande !

Malgré tout cela, j'ai laissé 15% de pourboire sur votre terminal, pour me rendre compte que vous incluez les taxes dans le calcul du montant, ce qui est contraire à la loi depuis un certain temps déjà…

Clean & nice staff, but the food is absolutely the selling point!

Love their Sua-da coffee, super refreshing, perfect to energize yourself

-The banh mi sandwiches are amazing, best sandwich in Sherbrooke

-The soups are flavourful & perfect for an evening meal or to warm yourself up

-Bubble is good too!

The owner is a really nice guy too!
