Wonderful coffee, friendly service & cute ambiance. For drinks, I highly recommend the Vietnamese coffee or, if you have an extra large sweet tooth, the egg coffee in particular. Food is very well priced for the area & the portions are generous too! Great sandwiches & soups, although I've yet to try the pastries. There's no WiFi so you can't work from the cafe currently which is a shame as I'd love to spend more time there but it just means you have to socialize to pass the time instead. & there's always room for a friend with their spacious seating! Highly recommended. Edit: WiFi is now available & I see lots of people working at the tables during the day.
Everything from this cute coffee shop is done with beautiful taste! The menu is so original & tasty! I was sad to discover this place at the end of our trip; living in the USA, I wish we can have a coffee shop as good as this one. The first time I went there with my Vietnamese mom & she ordered the Banh Mi. She loved it!! I also tasted my sister's salted egg coffee, it was divine! Perfect balance between sweet & a bit of salty. I had a bubble tea, which was very good. The second time I took the durian cappucino & it was just so delicious! The durian was not too overpowering & was present to add extra yumminess to the cappucino.

I took the egg coffee by accident & wow. Who would have known that coffee could have eggs in it? (Hanoi style) This is the most delicious coffee I've ever had. Authentic Vietnamese food, vietnamese-owned business, with creative specialties.
As a Vietnamese person I totally loved the food! The pate chaud was amazing & homemade. The spices the ingredients, to the crust was absolutely delightful. The cafe was great, creamy, sweet, salty, fluffy! They have an Italian touch that surprised me at first but the tiramisu was also exquisite! The decor is very cool, & the owner is very efficient & nice!
Highly recommend this cafe! I was in town in search for a strong Vietnamese coffee & I was not disappointed. They were busy & for a good reason! The atmosphere was great as well. The owner even took some time to introduce himself to us & was very friendly. They had a couple of people playing the piano which was nice to listen to. I'd love to go & visit this place again when I come back to Montreal.
Cute Vietnamese neighbourhood café. Nice decor (Vietnamese hats, old books, a piano, cherry blossoms...) They sell Italian & Vietnamese coffee. The Vietnamese Egg Latte is a must try! They have a breakfast menu (croissants) & a regular menu which includes banh mì (Vietnamese sandwiches), poutines, baos, meal soups & some appetizers. You order at the counter & they bring your food & drink to the table. Prices are very reasonable. Their banh mì are very crispy & tasty. This coffeeshop is very relaxing. It's a great place to meet with friends over a coffee & banh mì. The owner Bê is there everyday. She is very outgoing & fun to chat with.

I went to Beden on a Sunday afternoon & tried the Vietnamese egg coffee which was amazing. As you go through the coffee from top to bottom, you discover new textures & tastes. I had been there once before & I saw that they had a piano but hadn't played. So this time, I came back with a piano book. To my pleasant surprise, the piano was perfectly in tune ... just like the coffee!!!
Lovely café with a very cute decor. I tried the Classic Banh Mi & it was very tasty & well balanced. As a Vietnamese, this is the first time I find a "legit banh mi bread" in Montreal! The pandan tea is also amazing. The owner is very friendly & lovely. I will surely be back!
This is my new favorite coffee shop in all of Montreal. It's quite literally a one minute walk from my place! The decor is incredible & you can tell a lot of thought was put into it as well as into the menu. I'm a huge fan of Vietnamese coffee, so their coffee menu is like a dream come true. The banh mi are the freshest I've tasted & the sweet potato poutine is delicious & unique. I highly recommend just trying out everything on the menu because you won't be disappointed. Bê is welcoming & sweet & will remember your name if you become a regular. She has a lot of love for the place & you can taste it in the food & drinks. This coffee shop brings me joy!
