Wow ! I lost something important & Samantha, the manager & owner were extremely helpful & great to deal with. It's not very often places have this good customer service ! Food was good. But the bar & drinks menu is lacking. It doesn't match the atmosphere & aesthetic. They need to improve their bar. They don't carry high end drinks which doesn't make sense when you have a high end restaurant. Owners would make more money if they improved the bar. I ordered a manhattan. & it tasted like water & sugar. A manhattan is supposed to have a very strong whiskey taste. I've travelled the world & drank at many bars. But that manhattan was by far the worst I ever had.View more

I ordered a Prime Rib medium rare for takeout. Got back to the motel & it was raw, so undercooked it was hard to cut & chew, in the garbage it went. Called to explain to the manager. Matthew, the manager was absolutely outstanding! He couldn't have been nicer or more understanding, huge kudos to him. He offered me a replacement coupon & when I redeemed it, ordering the same thing, the steak was medium with not a trace of pink. I am in from Ontario every 2 weeks, I'll try St-Hubert next time? Addendum: received a phone call from Pierre Nault this morning. He could not have been more helpful, considerate & kind. A bad experience turned into an excellent one, thank you M. NaultView more
