Tellement decevant !!! Avant c'etait bon mais plus maintenant !!! En plus, il y a eu plusieurs erreurs dans nos commandes & la bouffe etait tres sec ! Comment tu peux manquer un steak/filet mignon En plus de la serveuse qui nous bonbardait d'extra $$$... Un filet mignon avec un extra pour avoir de la sauce qui l'accompagne, une assiette vide, 3-4 légumes qui ressemblaient à une macedoine en canne... c'est assez ordinaire... ca ne vaut plus la peine de manger la !!! La nourriture est toujours bonne chez eux, pas de soucis à se faire. Le service, pareil, toujours excellent. L'ambiance? Ça dépend. Un vendredi soir, on s'attend à plus mais là, c'était très calme! Nous étions assis au bar. Le serveur est professionnel & connaît son métier.View more

My son, boyfriend & I had diner tonight 15/07. My son loves ribs so he ordered the ribs from the kid's menu, my boyfriend the bavette & I took the spinach dip to share as I'm not a big eater. The ribs were extremely dry, the flavour was ok, they normally use the same bbq sauce, it's good but even that couldn't save the dry, reheated, overcooked ribs. The bavette was pretty good, the piece of meat was cooked medium rare & had chimichurri sauce, definitely not authentic but pretty good for a chain restaurant, it came with mashed potatoes & vegetables which were ok. But the spinach dip with chips was absolutely horrible, the chips were uneatable, extremely stale, when I told the waitress all she said was that they came in a big batch & she could bring me some more of the same big batch. Of course that didn't solve anything as they were just as stale. Having worked with paying customers myself in the past I would have never charged a paying customer or at least offered to change the dish, neither of those were offered & I would definitely not go back. At the price that we pay to eat out, the food could at least be eatable, most of our dishes were still full, except for my boyfriend's so the waitress could definitely tell they were not to our liking. I would not recommend & we will definitely not be going back.View more

2 of my friends ordered ribs today at lunch one with fries the other with a baked potatoes. The one who ordered with fries got a nice tall coleslaw the one who ordered a baked potatoes did not get coleslaw. We asked why & were told that is the way it is. The price is the same. Does that make sense? I don't think so...View more

We came after a golf game & ordered two Louisiana salads. We were shocked when we realized that all it was was spring mix & chicken. Knowing that the dressing is what makes the salad, we were hoping there'd be more to it. The manager came immediately took it away. We ordered something else. The owner then came over & spoke to us. Billyand his partner are running a really amazing business. They took a situation which could have turned us off & by talking & giving incredible customer service. We will definitely be back & tell our friends!!!View more

Excellent service & courteous servers although he forgot the kids' drinks & waited until asked towards the END of dinner. Food is great, served impeccably & impressive portions. Great bang for your buck! There is also an open contest for guests to win a great barbecue unit.View more
