My husband & I dined at Baton Rouge Lasalle on our last evening in Montreal. Our server, Anthony was exceptional as was the food. We shared our favorite appetizer, Spinach Dip, which never disappoints. Our steaks were done to perfection, a perfect medium rare & of course, the fries with their signature peppercorn sauce is a must for me. The Baton Rouge Restaurant is our go to place to eat when I am home in Halifax. It is so nice to see the consistency with their food from one restaurant to another. This Baton Rouge is new to the area & has a very modern feel. The food is always delicious & never disappoints. Our server Doan, was excellent & took care of every last one of our requests. We were served by a lovely & attentive waitress named Tru. She was very personable & respectful. She gave us great information, explained the menu & checked in on us frequently. The food was great, the manager came around to greet us & Tru was a stellar person making our evening & experience at Le Bâton Rouge very pleasant & memorable. shared a supper with my mother & sister- we went for the ribs, my mother had the fried chicken. The waiter was accommodating, friendly- all the staff are! The food was FABULOUS.
