The front of the house restaurant manager she is a lovely person so kind & cares. The ribs were just awesome & tasty & the lobster tail was good . We ordered the calamari for an entree my mom did not eat them she found them rubbery. She did love the seafood linguine. 1 suggestion no seasoning on the fries was too salty. The coleslaw too much mayo no texture & not much taste.View more

Really enjoyed the food & atmosphere here at Baton Rouge. The food was delicious especially their ribs & lobster tail meal & lobster bisque soup. They also have very refreshing mocktails to enjoy.View more

The server was very friendly & nice, but the service was chaotic. One person took the orders, & 2 other people came to the table, yelling who ordered this & that. This is my biggest pet peeve when it comes to service. We ordered the beef rib & seafood papardelle. It lacked flavour, & we had to add salt & pepper. This is something that I never do!! The seafood was dry. Overall, it's not worth the money, in my opinion. We still left a 20$ tip, but that is because I have been in the industry & understand it was very busy, & servers work hard. I forgot to mention the manager came to our table to wish our b-day boy a Happy Birthday, & I found her very sweet.View more

We went to this wonderful Baton Rouge this Sunday. The restaurant was very busy. The hostess was so nice to us, & we ask for our favorite waiter, yoram. The steaks were as good as usual, & the ribs were perfect.
We wanted to make a quick review because we see how hard everyone is working & we need to thank all of you.

This has been my 4th time going with my girlfriend to this incredible restaurant. I had an amazing experience at Baton Rouge (Lasalle)! From the moment we arrived, the ambiance was perfect, & the staff were incredibly friendly & attentive. The food was exceptional-every dish, from the appetizer to dessert, was full of flavour & beautifully presented. The Ribs & Santa Fe Chicken with the Grilled Tiger Shrimps was a standout, & the wine pairing was spot on. It was truly a 10/10 experience. Highly recommend it! shared a supper with my mother & sister- we went for the ribs, my mother had the fried chicken. The waiter was accommodating, friendly- all the staff are! The food was FABULOUS. The best surprise of the night, we got our 2nd ribs at 50% off! A special they are currently running Sunday Thru Thursday! Great decor, great atmosphere, good location 11/10 from me! UPDATE:This review is being updated as the management & team at Baton Rouge Lasalle were so kind to offer us a fresh experience with them. We arrived early for our reservation & was greeted by Antoine who led us to our prepared table. We were seated & our waiter Yoram was assigned & took our orders. Maryanne the manager greeted us with pleasantries & assured us that we would be taken care of. I have to say ,the food & service were both excellent.My hushand & I both had the ribs withall the trimmings.Yoram, Antoine & Maryanne ensured that our experience was much better than our first one. After reading many of the reviews I decided I needed to try it out for myself. My review is based on my experience & the food ordered. We ordered the full rack of ribs & spinach dip as an entree. Ribs, fries & coleslaw were excellent! Spinach dip was also very very good! We had a Bloody Caesar & expresso martini & both were excellent! Service was also excellent & our order came within a reasonable time & food was hot! We also got a dessert which was the carrot cake & it was very fresh & tasted amazing! Like I said my experience was an excellent one & I purposely went on a weekday to be fair, the place had a warm & cozy vibe going for a weekday. All in all I had a great experience there!View more

We were expecting Baton Rouge & instead got the equivalent of McDonald's! We had the ribs & a burger & both were mediocre at best. Save your money & go to La Cage next door. The food is cheaper & tastes so much better than here. Our server Yohan is the only reason we gave this place any stars at all. He was fantastic & deserves a raise for how much he was running when we were there. From now on it's NO THANK YOU "Baton Rouge" but thank you so very much Yohan for doing amazing at a difficult job!View more

Roast beef was reheated asked for medium rare & got medium well . There was no juice in the prime rib & was dry. They should have used this roast beef in the sandwiches. Kitchen staff poor judgement. But to be fair the grilled octopus was delicious & my spouse NY sirloin was done right. Sides were all good not alone on the roast beef. Well we went back last night for our 25 th Anniversary. The food was all very good & the staff was excellent thank you to Tom & Maryann they made our night special. Now to what we ordered .The calamari was perfectly cooked. My spouses Black cod perfectly done flaky sauce was tasty. My Roast Beef was juicy & done right this time med rare Drinks were very good,we will be going back soon. ThanksView more

My son & I had dinner here on July 24th for my birthday & the service is outstanding. The receptionists at the door are smiling, courteous & welcoming. We were excellently attended to by Adrien who with his vast experience made several great suggestions. Manager Maryanne came by to chat several times to ensure we were satisfied. WOW what service.! I know you just opened, but please never lose this magic touch. The atmosphere was great, we sat in the lounge area near the window. The food was outstanding...clam chowder, prime rib sandwich, cesar salad & an outstanding filet mignon...thank you chef Sami ! I love Baton Rouge, but since I live in Lasalle, this branch is my new go to. Thanks for the creme brulee, Adrien & a wonderful birthday experience. Bravo everybody!!!View more

I was new to the area & wanted to try foods in the local area so I came here. It was spontaneous so I was glad I didn't need a reservation for just myself. As soon as I walked in, i was IMMEDIATELY tended to & cared for by this kind & sweet lady Lena. She was honestly the best thing about this place & made my experience a whole lot more enjoyable. If there were more servers like her, this place would be absolutely teeming with returning customers & new ones as well. She would constantly stop by to make sure I had any & everything I needed & had my food brought to my table quicker than I anticipated. I ordered the prime rib & it was absolutely delectable. My props to the chefs they are truly remarkable. The decor was also very pleasing to the eyes & the ambience was very calming.
