We had such a wonderful experience with Edouard & Marco! They provided exceptional service from start to finish & went above & beyond to make sure we felt comfortable & well taken care of. They were especially thoughtful about translating whenever needed, which made the experience so much easier & more enjoyable for us. They also consistently checked in to make sure everything was going well.

We are truly grateful for their kindness, patience, & outstanding service. Edouard & Marco made a lasting impression, & we sincerely appreciate everything they did for us. Highly recommend them to anyone visiting this experience !

C' était pas mal bien je donne un 7 sur 10 Parce que il n'y a personne pour bien expliquer comment ça déroule ont est où il n'y a pas de menus enfants pour ils acceptent les enfants on est obligé de prendre les 4 services pour les enfants qui ne prennent pas ni café ni thé je déconseille quelqu'un qui veut aller avec les enfants dépenses inutiles les enfants ne mangent même pas les entré

We had an amazing experience aboard Bateau-Mouche Montréal! The food was delicious, the service was outstanding & the overall atmosphere made for a memorable evening, especially for my birthday. A special thank you to our waiter, Alain Edward, who was incredibly attentive, friendly & made sure everything was perfect throughout our meal. We highly recommend Bateau-Mouche for anyone looking for a fantastic dining cruise in Montreal!

Nous sommes arrivés & j'avais prit les places en haut du bateau. Il faisait très chaud. Sinon la nourriture est bonne & le service très bien. Il n'y avait pas de musique sur le bateau & on avait du mal à s'entendre du aux bruits des autres conversations autour.
Bon pour le prix .. J'avais mal lu en ligne , ça nous a coûté 294$ pour la balade en bateau avec feux d'artifices, ensuite 267$ pour le repas & boissons incluant pourboire & 45$ pour le parking. Je me pose la question.. Est ce que ça vaut vraiment la peine .. Je ne pense pas. J'ai aimé mon expérience, mais je le referais pas.

The tour guide was great! Spoke well & provided good information in both French & English throughout the whole tour. Sometimes it was a little hard to hear as it the wind & other people talking can get in the way. Cost was a little pricey-wish it was a little longer boat ride. Got drinks on the boat which was nice.

Seulement la croisière 275$ il était stipulé souper croisière mais une fois rendu sur place, nous devions acheter notre souper 4 services minimum.( 85$/personnes )Ce qui augmente énormément le prix de la croisière. Nous avons pris une bouteille de vin & reçu la facture!!! Quel arnaque! 500$ pour un souper avec un service de cafétéria! Quel arnaque
