Isabelle était notre serveuse & franchement, une perle rare ! Super attentionnée, toujours prête à répondre à nos questions (même les plus pointues 😄), souriante, joviale & ultra serviable. Un service si agréable qu'on se demanderait presque si elle ne lit pas dans les pensées !
Went here with my boyfriend for our anniversary dinner & had an amazing time. Isabelle our server was absolutely lovely & takes great photos! Highly recommend this experience because the food was fantastic & atmosphere was nice!
Beautiful setup & a great breakfast menu. The lovely young lady who served us, did an amazing job. It was overall a unique experience having our own private space while enjoying the view of the frozen harbor!👌🏻
L'expérience était correcte même si j'étais vexée de ne pas avoir le dôme demandé sachant qu'il était vide.
Les points forts : le gérant est vraiment sympathique, l'espace est agréable.
Les points à améliorer : la nourriture ne vaut pas le prix c'est un point à vraiment améliorer. Les plats manquent de saveur.
De plus, nous sommes allés en semaine ce n'était pas achalandé, j'avais demandé le dôme le plus éloigné pour profiter d'une meilleure vue. Le serveur n'a pas accepté de nous installer dans le dôme choisi (je pense qu'il n'avait pas envie de trop marcher pendant le service, sachant que les serveurs font le service sans manteau. Je comprends mais on paye un prix fort donc vraiment dommage de ne pas écouter le confort du client)

The service & food was very good. Eric's & the other staff services was impeccable. The five course's were serve appropriately with consideration for time & ambiance.
The food was literally incredible. I would rate it 6 stars if I could. The service crew although very hospitable & friendly, was adapting to a new method of service & they were still perfecting their craft I think. Thank you to Marie-Pierre; our waitress who did a tremendous job with our order. Can't wait to come back in the summer when the'ship sets sail' for a romantic cruise around the Saint Laurent River!
Tres déçu de l experience. La nourriture était mediocre pour le prix, peut d options, & le service était décevant. 1 serveur pour 12 tables tres distancé l un de l'autre, est une vraie blague.

Je suis sortie de cet endroit extrêmement déçue pour plusieurs raisons :
- Comme nous ne voulions pas prendre le menu à 4, 5 ou 6 plats, ils nous ont obligés à attendre que tous les clients aient reçu leur plat principal pour pouvoir manger un blanc de poulet pour lequel ils nous ont fait attendre près d'une heure !!! Je trouve cette politique totalement irrespectueuse, tous les clients paient pour un service.
- Le blanc de poulet avait une odeur très désagréable, le fromage sentait très mauvais. Nous avons dû le retirer & nous n'avons même pas pu terminer le « plat principal ».
- Dès le début, nous avons commandé un dessert & nous avons dû attendre encore trop longtemps ; à ce moment-là, nous ne voulions plus qu'une chose : PARTIR DE LÀ !
- Nous avons donc demandé la note & avons dû attendre encore 30 minutes... JUSTE POUR PAYER !
Ce qui devait être une soirée spéciale s'est terminé sur une note amère. 😞
