Ceviche excellent. Restaurant & washrooms are clean. Service reasonable. Took a very long time to get a glass of water. Why not bring a bottle of water as soon as clients are seated?

La carte des cocktails, notamment les piscos sont à essayer! Les assiettes se partagent très bien, nous avons adoré les salchipapas, le ceviche rocoto & la causa camarón .. nous pensons déjà à notre prochaine réservation. Tout a été impeccable..bravo Barranco! Vous devez absolument essayer cette adresse!
1. L'attente trop longue pour les drinks & les repas. 2. Malgré la réservation, on a du attendre prés de la poste parce qu'un des stuffs ne savait pas comment utiliser l'application. 2. Le service reste à désirer (la serveuse est venue nous voir une fois, elle ne peut pas conseiller un plat en particulier etc.). 3. Le ceviche rempli de quantité industrielle du jus de citron. 4. Le plat trop salé + les pommes de terre secs. 5. La serveuse a servi le plat principal aux 2 personnes sur 3. Ces deux personnes ont du attendre pour que la troisième personne soit servie aussi. 6. La serveuse donne le plat principal à une autre personne qui est assise sur la table à coté de nous. Ensuite, elle réalise qu'elle a servi une mauvaise personne & elle nous redonne ce plat ( en suivant aucunement les mesures sanitaires). Commentaire positif: les cocktails sont bons.
Génial, notre restaurant péruvien maintenant! les ceviches sont sublimes. Les sauces & assaisonnements sont subtils, différents & rafraichissants. Seul petit bémol pour nous, la musique est un peu forte pour nos vieilles oreilles.

Very few restaurants in Montreal offer good Latin food, but Barranco does. Tasty, good portions, nice presentation plates. We took the salchipapas, & ceviches, they were delicious! Also the staff is very attentive to service, well organized. It gets busy in the restaurant but all worth it.
Food & service were quite good with good size portions for the ceviche. However it is very loud so the patio might be better if that bothers you. Also the taquitos come in 3s & they utterly refuse to add one more for an extra charge, which is utterly ridiculous.
Truly excellent meal for all four of us! Ceviches & causas, all varied & delicious. Best pisco sour of my life! Great service in Spanish, French & English. I'll go back anytime!

Easily the best ceviche in Montreal if not Canada. The cocktails are also amazing, specially the pisco sour. As a peruvian it makes me proud to find a restaurant that showcases the best of our gastronomy.
My family & I were spending our last night in Mtl after hearing so many recommendations about Barranco we were dying to check it out. I made a mistake in the date of my reservation & even though they were fully booked for the night, the staff was very accommodating & got us a table in! My family & I are all Peruvians so we have tried Ceviche & Jalea many times & let me tell you, Barranco had the top 3 best Ceviche & Jaleas we have ever tried. The Maracuya Pisco Sour is also phenomenal & so is the atmosphere/decor of the restaurant. We had an awesome night, I will definitely be coming back & will recommend it to anyone visiting Mtl!
For someone who lived in Lima for 10 years, I could safely day the ceviche was Exactly like I used to eat it in Peru. Truly authentic! The only reason im giving 4* is because they had no Pisco! Especially for 28 Julio!
Very friendly service & the best ceviche I've ever had. We ordered a bunch of food for the table thinking we would be served smaller portions - definitely not the case. Good price for generous servings.

Super ! Les ceviches sont Excellentes, tout est était bons, & les portions tres correctes, nous avons pris 5 plats à partager pour 3 & c'était plus que suffisant !
Tout sur le menu est exquis ! Les ceviches sont excellents ainsi que les jaleas ❤️ L'ambiance est festive mais un peu trop bruyant à l'intérieur. Les cocktails sont à tombés par terre, je vais définitivement revenir.
