La nourriture est toujours exceptionnelle chez Barranco. Cette fois-ci j'ai eu la chance de gouter le "lomo saltado" & j'ai été vraiment satisfis, ma mère & ma blonde ont eu, les deux, un ceviche barranco qui n'a pas déçu.
Vraiment 5 étoiles sur 5, la seule chose a été le cocktail Mango Sour épicé. Un peu trop d'épices pour moi.

Ambiance festive & service amical sur un fond de cuisine évolutive «from back home». Le ceviche Cusqueño (à la truite) est sublime avec son Leche de Tigre incisif. La Causa Pulpo (causa à la pieuvre grillée) est un pur délice & le Seco de Cordero (jarret d'agneau) est d'une tendresse surprenante! Un menu à découvrir allègrement & sans ménagement, ponctué de plusieurs Pisco Sours.
Causa extraordinaire! Excellent ceviche, bon service, superbes cocktails. Asu mare! Un bémol: démarrer le choix du pourboire à 18% (18-20-25-30) plutôt qu'au traditionnel 15% (15-18-20-25) sur le terminal de paiement m'a laissé un peu amer.
The no change to food items policy is very off-putting to the point where I completely forgot to ask about allergens. The filet mignon was very fatty & the burger was overcooked. The ceviche was a bit too sour for my taste but it tasted pretty good. The waiters were really busy & it was hard to get ahold of one. Would probably not come back.
The food was great. The ceviche was out of this world. The pisco drinks amazing. Just a bit disappointed with the filet Mignon brochettes, however the heart anticuchos brochettes were number 1. Overall I would highly recommend this place.
Ce restaurant est délicieux! Le ceviche Barranco est un régal, ainsi que les frites de magnoc. Les cocktails aussi étaient super mais c'est dommage que les tables soient réservées pour deux heures seulement. On a un peu l'impression de se faire mettre à la porte à la sortie.
C'était notre troisième fois & c'était magique une troisième fois. Délicieux, frais, ambiance de feu, excellent service . Ma fille de 10 ans y a trouvé son compte aussi en commandant un hamburger (elle n'est pas fan de poisson cru! ). J'ai pris un ceviche qui était savoureux & frais. Mon resto préféré sur saint Denis . Je fais une heure de route pour leur ceviche , & je le referai à chaque fois que j'aurai envie d'un bon snack péruvien!
Nourriture délicieuse, cocktails très plaisants, service chaleureux. Les patates & manioc étaient incroyablement croustillants & bons avec les sauces! Seul bémol: le volume de la salle très bruyante, musique & personnes confondues. C'est très difficile de s'entendre & à cause de ça on ne s'est pas bien comprises avec la serveuse, & on a reçu le mauvais ceviche (tout de même très bon). Egalement, les prix ne sont pas forcément accessibles pour tous mais la qualité de la cuisine & des ingrédients les justifie relativement bien.

Great food (the best ceviche I ever tasted), great drinks, great service (it was quick & the waiter gave us good suggestions), overall great vibe! We are definitly going back!
Delicious & as I write this review, I'm thinking should I go back less than 24 hrs ago. Lol
Great service. Had the lomo salteado which I wish would have had the choice of rice on the side.
The ceviche was lovely, perfectly seasoned, the jalea crispy & savory.
The crowning jewels was the pulpo causa. Just a creamy tangy savory concoction that left me wanting for more.
Overall great service & looking forward to going back once I'm back on vacation.
Great ambiance. They even have a DJ playing super cool music. Ceviches are a must, the right amount of lemon & leche de tigre.
Causas are also really good. Favorite: The one with black olive sauce
The staff is very friendly & sweet.
Brunch times are also very popular

Ceviche was delicious! Other food was a little too salty like the sausages, potatoes, too much cilantro sauce on the potatoes & sausage
Service was okay. Drinks were delicious! Wasnt a fan of the cucumber raspberry it was too sweet
Lomo saltado sauce was delicious!
