If I could give 6/5 !!! We had such a lovely evening at Barcola. It was a Saturday, so the menu was four courses. A deceptively simple meal that was perfectly prepared & perfectly delicious. The service provided by Danielle was exactly on pace -- not too fast & not too slow -- & very gracious. You could not find a more pleasant atmosphere in which to dine: the room is modest in size so the atmosphere is intimate. & the music was the perfect cap to everything. We live not too far away & so we will make this a regular event but I would definitely make a bit of a trip to have an evening here. Buon Appetito !!!

Nous sommes passés pour voir, un après-midi de weekend, & nous avons été sèchement accueilli & nous faire dire que c'était que les disques sans plus d'explications. J'avais à peine ouvert la porte & j'étais accompagné de mon garçon. C'est dommage. Je n'irai pas tester le soir !
Très beau resto avec un concept de menu 3 services, 2 choix de plat principal & qui change chaque semaine.
L'ambiance est jazzy & cozy. Le service est chaleureux & agréable. Un bon endroit pour aller prendre le temps de vivre le moment présent & la BONNE BOUFFE !!

En plus des plats délicieux de ce restaurant, ce qui m'a particulièrement charmé, c'est qu'une dame sur place choisissait des morceaux de musique & les diffusait sur un gramophone, ce qui rendait notre expérience encore plus spéciale.
I took a girl here for our first date, & it couldn't have gone better. The ambiance is intimate & cozy, with dim lighting, candles, & a record player in the background. The food was incredible & the service genuinely helped the warm. Highly recommend.
