A great place to come with family or friends! The food never disappoints & the drinks are to die for. It's a cozy spot to spend the evening, & the staff is always so friendly. Looking forward to my next visit
I had the best seat in the house. Beautiful food & a wonderful setting. A unique cocktail that worked well as a starter & a digestif. Delightful staff! My spend was a very reasonable lobster roll & oysters of the moment, & delicious drinks starting & finishing with Sammy Street, a beautiful variation on a Vieux Carre or similar but with Calvados instead of VSOP & sesame oil for aromatics, a brilliant move, with luscious NEIPAs in between. Altogether a wonderful dinner no matter what the view out the open cafe window. A place to be sought out. 😊🙏👍😎
Bonne ambiance, les cocktails sont supers originaux & si vous y allez l'été il y a une grosse terrasse en avant. J'irai plus pour les drinks que pour la nourriture par exemple

Fantastic food, friendly staff, great ambiance, & absolutely delicious cocktails! William treated us like old friends (even though it was only our second time there) & made us feel so welcome. Needless to say, the service here is unlike any other bar I've been too. Great staff through & through. Hugo's cocktails are also incredibly noteworthy. We've been to some great cocktail bars across the city, but his drinks are top shelf! The Princess Peach Special is one of the best I've had, the Jahannam Jam is perfection, as are his classic Margheritas! They have gained two new regulars for sure!
Update: updating this review to five stars, after returning several months later, I was not charged for a side of mayo, & staff even remembered this review & joked about it during our dinner - much to the dismay of some of my coworkers present, embarrassed by me 😂 Loved feeling like they listened to customer feedback. As I said before, will gladly return again. Delicious & excellent service.

The drinks were delicious & the burger was quite tasty, cooked well & juicy with a fresh soft bun. The whole group enjoyed the food & their drinks. We liked the atmosphere & the service was timely. Food & drink prices were reasonable for the quality & the times we live in.
That said, I requested a side of mayonnaise with my burger/fries. They charged 3.50$ for a small dipping cup of mayo, which is highway robbery!! They never mentioned it would cost extra, & even so, how can you possibly justify the price? Management should consider reviewing this price in their system or stop charging entirely, it's unreasonable.
Will definitely come back, but with packets of sauce in my pocket next time, lol!

Cute vibe for drinks & dinner if you're catching up with a friend or going on a date! The fries were very salty which is why I docked a star. I asked for a remake of the fries & the second batch was just as salty. Maybe ask for light salt!
My daughter & I went late (around 11:00) a few nights ago. When we were seated, our server told us the menu was online, on their website. So, we figured out drinks & got those quickly enough. & then...nothing. We waited about 10 minutes & I finally got up to ask our server if we could order food. She told us the kitchen closed at 10:00!?! I asked her why she didn't tell us that when we got there (she had just said "menu" not "drink menu"). So, it was a total waste of time, since we specifically went out for a late meal after a long day. The server was apologetic, but didn't offer to comp one of our drinks, nothing. I checked everything I could find online, & nowhere does it say there is no food after 10pm.
Bar Pomplemousse? More like bar Pompousmousse. Ok. Dad joke aside. We arrived & despite it being not overly busy, we had to wait an extremely long time to get seated. We then got menus fairly fast, but then waited again for at least 15 minutes for any service came to take our order. We actually started a timer on my phone to see how long we had to wait. The drinks were great. We then waited for a check up. We waited & no one came to ask if we wanted another drink or the cheque. We decided to leave. We waited *again* at the exit waiting for anyone to come by to let us pay the bill. We started a timer yet again. The main bartender finally came & we paid our bill. First time not leaving a tip. Didn't like having to do that. The guy was really nice & apologetic, but the service at least in our experience was kind of garbage. Again, that was our experience, & yours may be different. & I want to stress that the drinks were good. I hope they take this review & re assess their service
