Ambience & service was good, but the ramen was kind of bland. I guess it's more adapted to local tastes so many here may like it but it wasn't for me.

Was looking forward to this meal since last week due to the good reviews. Not sure how they got them or maybe it was just a bad day for me at the restaurant. Totally overhyped. My duck confit mazemen was bland, super tasteless like they had forgotten the salt? A friend had the otto ramen, & it was the same -bland soup. Only saving grace was the truffle mazemen due to the truffle taste. All three were lacking flavours. Quite disappointing. 2 stars saving grace for the duck. Was alright. Had better. Try this place if you're in for a non authentic japanese mazemen experience.

J'ai adoré mon expérience, wagyu nigiri = fondant en bouche, burrata/daikon/purée patates douce = miam!, karaage = excellent! Mon amie a trouvé aussi ses makis vegan très bons! Serveur sympathique, ambiance dynamique & agréable, bonus double arc-en-ciel!

After a disappointing dining experience at Joe Beef, I wandered down the street peering into all the other warm & welcoming looking restaurants, convinced that any of these could serve me a better meal than what I just had. So I picked Bar Otto at random & went the next night. What a great decision! The octopus was the highlight. The soft shell crabs were delicious. The soft doughy bao was also extremely satisfying.

The food is overpriced for the portion but overall good. The sushi was spicy as mentioned. The cheese cake was light & yuzu delivers as expected.
