We came here on vacation & were really impressed. Service was very quick & the atmosphere was wonderful. For a Wednesday evening the place was lively with smiles everywhere you looked. Our favorite dish was the salmon tartare. The avocado & lime perfectly balanced each other & elevated the fish. Thanks so much to the staff, we had such a great time dining here!
Great discovery! Dario the owner is there to make sure everything is good, waitress are smiling every time they come to pick up the empty dishes. Cosy music not loud. Highly recommanded !!

Food-wise, I found my dish to be overly salted, though it might have been designed to complement wine or beer. In terms of service, the waitress could improve by using a notepad to take orders & checking in to see if everything is satisfactory, rather than leaving me to chase down what I needed. As for the atmosphere, I have no complaints the space was visually appealing.
Ce bar a une très belle atmosphère/ambiance, le décor est très beau, mais les compliments s'arrête là malheureusement avec cet endroit. J'ai eu la chance d'essayer quelque truc sur le menu, le manger il a du goût mais pour le prix, on dirait sa ne vaut jamais la peine, j'ai mangé 3 truc en une soirée & j'avais encore très faim. Maintenant on va discuter du service, j'ai visité cet endroit à 4 occasion, à toute les fois avec la même serveuse, une dame française avec une attitude. Elle nous fais sentir comme des cons pour avoir poser des questions très simple alors qu'on demeure poli avec, en plus j'y vais tout le temps avec un groupe qui tip bien (pcq on travaille dans l'industrie on sait c'est quoi). Je peux élaborer sur mes sentiments sur cet aspect, qui franchement ruine le tout pour moi. De plus, les cocktails prennent TRÈS longtemps à faire.
Walked in solo on a Thursday evening looking to have a few beers. Asked if they had any & was told yes so I ordered one & the rigatoni. Was told after that they ran out of beer & could offer me wine. Went home & tried the rigatoni, wasn't good. Over-priced & understocked, avoid if you can.
We had a great first experience at Bar Dominion. The service was excellent, & the vibe of the bar is very cool. We ordered the Islander & the Pimms - both delicious. For food, we ordered the steak, lobster roll, & six oysters. We loved it all!
Excellent service, not only is the staff friendly they're knowledgeable. Food is tasty & drink 🍹 are very well balanced. Happy to see that they have alcohol free drink with premium products.
