Excellent petit resto, qui vient à peine d'ouvrir, avec une sélection de vins très intéressante. Parfait pour ceux & celles qui veulent découvrir des vins natures & bio. Nous sommes très bien conseillé par Benjamin qui nous communique de façon sentie sa passion pour le vin. Les plats cuisinés sont particulièrement délicieux, des entrées aux plats principaux & jusqu'aux desserts. La carte est relativement courte mais juste assez élaborée en variété. Tous les plats que nous avons gouté étaient savoureux & très bien présentés. La saveur de chacun des aliments qui composent les plats est très distinctive & mise en valeur. L'entrée d'aubergine accompagnée d'un fromage mozzarella de bufflonne de la région & sa focaccia maison, les champignons sauvages sur pain brioché & son oeuf mollet cuit à basse température, poutine de phoque avec gnocchis grillés & fromage en grain qui ne rebondi pas dans la bouche. Une belle façon de revisiter ce plat qui fait l'objet d'obsession de bien des restaurateurs. En plat principal, le feuilleté de canard confit bien savoureux avec un vrai feuilleté. & pour finir le dessert, pomme pochée à l'hibiscus, mousse de chocolat blanc & caramel à la fleur d'hibiscus vraiment génial.
En résumé, c'est un endroit sans prétention où l'art de la bonne table est bien présente. Nous y retournerons ma conjointe & moi. Bienvenue aux épicuriens pour une expérience gustative à un prix raisonnable compte-tenu de la qualité.

Comme d'habitude, même super service, nourriture exquise & bien présentée.
Si vous voulez plus que manger mais vivre une expérience culinaire & gustative, allez-y vite.... Merci d'être à Repentigny.
