SO YUMMY! I find it challenging to get good Thai food in Montreal, & this place made my year when I discovered it. Their lunch specials are delicious & affordable. My favorite used to be beef & eggplant until they swapped that out & I tried the cashew tofu. Out of this world! The ambiance is great, they have a patio in the summertime & although it gets jampacked with people, the servers are always on top of their game. Highly recommend!View more

Bangkok Express was such a surprise for me. I didn't think much of it every time I've been passed it. But I'm so, so glad that I've found it. I often find myself thinking about the food here, & it's been quite a while since I've visited.
The food was absolutely delicious. It has very authentic Thai flavors. The fish that I had was so, so good. It was slightly spicy, full of flavor, so soft & tender. I want to eat it again.
The service was very friendly & fast. The atmosphere gave more of a tropical bar type of vibe, but also very homey. It was nice.
Overall, I will 100% come back & I cannot wait.View more

Always fresh, hot & ready to eat. The chicken was crispy enough without being overdone. Served with rice & stir fried with yummy veggies. I have also had the bass fish on previous occasions, which is so good....!!! Out server was great & had all explanations needed for my friend dining there for the first time. Always a casual & very friendly atmosphere. I'll be going back for sure !! We had the lunch menu at a good price.View more

My boyfriend & I went last night & it was an amazing experience. For drinks I got the lychee martini, compared to other places this one was the best. My bf got the coconut water & it was sweet a refreshing. We ordered the duck app & sweet & sour wings. The duck was a little salty but still delicious. Wings had the perfect crunch & amount of sauce on them. We both ordered the pad Thai, would have given 5 stars but one of us got the wrong protein in our main dish & it came a little too early we still hadn't finished our appetizers. Nonetheless, service & food was amazing & i would recommend & will be returning !View more

Bangkok Express one me over with their excellent & authenticallyThai green curry. The service is genuinely friendly & attentive, & the atmosphere is warm & comfortable. Unfortunately, the peanut chicken wasn't the best I've ever had & the garlic pepper chicken was much too sweet. Nevertheless, I will be returning to sample the rest of Bangkok Express's menu.View more

Asked for chicken panang curry, got beef. Its was very chewy. Barely any beef too. 50% of the stew is huge onion slides, 30% is peppers, & 20% beef. & container was barely filled. The stew tastes ok though. But for 18$? Was still starving.View more

We used to get take out from this place years ago & stopped when the food tasted "meh". After reading a positive local review recently, we decided to dine in last night. We were really impressed - the food was delicious, the service was super friendly & the atmosphere great. We will definitely add BKK back into to our Friday night take-out routine :)View more

I came here for the first time with my sister for lunch & we didn't know that the menu was different for lunch & dinner but we really enjoyed it! The waiter & waitress who served us were very kind & friendly. The sauce for the main meal was a bit too strong (not spicy but like too salty kind of) but we really loved all the food we got!View more

We went for an end of year work supper. The service was great. The food was sooo tasty (& I am a food snob). Generous portions at a really good price. I whole heartedly recommend this place. They were very flexible with people's preferences & intolerances as well (vegan options & gluten-free). I have NO negative comment about this place. You should go !View more

I really wanted to give a better star but the food was tooooooooo sweet full of sugar. I had eaten Thai food before & I loved it but this one was unbearable We were 4. None of us enjoyed our meal. Maybe it wasn't our taste. The waitress told us that we could have mentioned it earlier to make it less sweet but how could we know when it was our first time . We had to order steam rice to moderate the sweetness but still didn't work My husband got sick that night The staff was so great, attentive & nice We ordered tea & that one was good.View more
