Bel endroit, il y a une cour extérieur ainsi qu'un espace dans le fond pour manger à l'intérieur. Burger au boeuf avec une boulette bien croustillante. Ingrédients frais! Les frites très décadentes. Un bon burger bien fait.

well seasoned beef. great brioche bun. sharp cheddar. distinct flavours amongst all the ingredients. not overcooked or too greasy or burnt from the smash style cooking on the thin parts. lettuce length & width chopped for an easy bite that doesn't drag out other ingredient. great.
Très belle découverte ! Le Surf & Turf est incroyable ( mais édition limitée): l'association est super bien équilibrée & les saveurs sont vraiment au rendez-vous. On sent que les ingrédients sont de qualité, & le fait que tout soit sourcé au Québec donne encore plus envie d'encourager la place. L'équipe est chaleureuse, souriante & donne un excellent service. On sent qu'ils sont fiers de ce qu'ils servent. Une adresse que je recommande sans hésiter !
Super bonne adresse ! Les burgers sont vraiment bons, surtout le Smash Merguez qui est original & plein de goût. C'est aussi cool de savoir que tous les ingrédients viennent du Québec, ça se sent dans la qualité. L'équipe est super sympa, accueillante & prend le temps de bien conseiller. L'ambiance est chaleureuse, ça donne clairement envie de revenir. Une très belle découverte !
Super découverte ! Les burgers sont vraiment excellents, avec une viande bien smashée & croustillante. On sent que les ingrédients sont frais & de qualité, & c'est encore mieux en sachant que tout est fait avec des produits locaux. Les frites étaient très bonnes aussi. Service sympa, ambiance cool, j'y retournerai sans hésiter !
Mention spéciale au Smash Merguez, qui est une vraie tuerie & change des burgers qu'on voit partout.
Le burger est bon, j'apprécie le travail qu'ils font avec des ingrédients locaux, & leur concept de livraison dans des parcs semble chouette. Cependant ça devient fatiguant de se faire solliciter constamment pour des pourboires dans des endroits comme celui-ci où on commande debout & qu'il n'y a pas de service. Une étiquette mentionne que le pourboire sert à payer l'équipe de cuisine, mais ça ne devrait pas revenir aux clients de décider la rémunération de vos employés. Montez vos prix si vous le devez mais les consommateurs sont fatigués de se faire demander du pourboire partout.
I'm really torn, but maybe i'm a harsh critic.
The ingredients are INCREDIBLE. Every single piece of the burger is absolutely insane, the beef, the aged cheddar, the sauce, the buns, etc. etc.
However, I think it's too much? The combination of the pickles, the sauce, the fruit ketchup, the aged cheddar all in one bite, i feel like no ingredient gets to shine because of how flavourful every single ingredient is. The cheddar was a bit too sharp & cut out the flavour of the beef, the pickles are a bit too sour & don't let the ketchup shine. The buns are insane though, keep those 100%
I think the move is to order the beef burger without some of these ingredients. I never thought i'd say this but the cheese is too flavourful for the burger! The cheddar is so strong it really hides the flavour of the beef, I tried everything separately dissecting my burger & it was so good.
Anyways, maybe i'm super picky, for the price & the quality of the ingredients i just wish everything had some more… breathing room.
Gotta try it again with some stuff removed, overall though very satisfying.
