Very tasty burgers & fries. Honestly, very very good. We really enjoyed them. The people working there were super nice & friendly.
Altough there are a couple of'buts'. The tables are very low & a bit uncomfortable to eat on, especially for a kid. We also didn't see any utensils around to help our kid eat the burger without being super messy (although we didn't ask for utensils either, so it is possible they have them somewhere)
Finally ate here for the first time, delicious home made smash veggie burgers with outstanding fries. Great minimalistic design for the restaurant with some outdoor seating in the back, we ate out front on Duluth. Get yrself smashed today
Edges of my burger can only be described as *lacy* it was that crispy. I love the seasoning on the fries as well as the sauce, it's really complex & not just a run-of-the-mill burger sauce. They just finished their lovely new terrasse!
Fries were good & burger was decent but the patties were soo thin. The two patties from the double smash burger together were thinner than a single A&W patty. Not sure if this was a one off but our burgers did not look like the ones I've seen from others

My fries were a bit undercooked (still firm in the middle) but it could've just been a bad batch (also ended up eating all of them lol so take it with a grain of salt). Speaking of salt.. very salty! But I love salt. I think the fries & the burger were perfectly seasoned
As others have said, I think the tables are quite uncomfortable & inconvenient, especially for a messy food like a burger where you have to keep it on top of the plate

I really wanted to like this place more, but it was just cringe watching ppl hunch awkwardly over burgers because the tables are low. Otherwise, the burger was passable & my fries were way over salted. However, the staff are great & really welcoming, I'll probably try back in a few months.
My new go-to spot for smash burgers! The staff is friendly, & they use local ingredients. The food is fresh & tasty - the meat is perfectly cooked, & the fries are just as good. They also have a veggie burger option. Plus, it's a kid-friendly place, which makes it perfect for a casual family meal.
Very good burgers & friendly staff. All the ingredients are Canadian, & the menu is simple, which I really like. We had both the chicken & beef burgers, & they were equally good.
The fries are great too. I usually add salt, but these were already perfectly seasoned with what seems like a house spice blend. The sauce served with the fries is also excellent. They add capers, which makes it stand out.
I think it's incredible value, especially considering the passion behind what is essentially a burger & fries concept.
As for the seating, I initially found the low tables a bit unusual, but it ended up creating a relaxed, almost at-home feeling, like having a burger with friends.
Overall, I really enjoyed it & would definitely recommend it. Great job.

B?g? delivers on quality with incredibly fresh ingredients-you can really taste the difference. We tried both the Beef Smash & the Chicken Smash; while both were delicious, the beef definitely takes the lead. The fries are also perfectly'on point.'
At $14 a burger, the price is fair for a single meal burger, though it does add up quickly if you're buying for a family of six!
This spot shines with its fresh ingredients & perfectly executed smash beef burger-juicy, flavorful, & crisp around the edges. The smash chicken is a delicious surprise, unlike anything I've tried before. Friendly service rounds out the experience. Highly recommended!
Tried this fairly new spot in Montreal after seeing really promising reviews. I ordered the smash chicken, the smash burger, & fries.
Starting with the positives: the fries were great - could've been a touch crispier, but overall solid. The dipping sauce was a little tangy for my taste, but I actually ended up enjoying it.
The smash chicken… I'm still not sure how I feel about smashed chicken as a concept. Flavor-wise, it just didn't hit for me & felt slightly off. The smash burger was similar - if it weren't for the sauce, it would've been pretty meh. The bacon also wasn't cooked to my liking. I know it's a thicker cut (so it won't be super crispy), but it still felt undercooked & that threw me off.
I'll also mention that I didn't feel great after the meal. I had been fasting for about a day & a half beforehand, so that could've contributed, but it's still worth noting.
Overall, it wasn't terrible, but it didn't wow me either. I usually try a place twice before making a final decision, so I'll probably give it another shot. There's definitely potential here.
