In terms of fast food burger places this would be in the better ones. The quality of the ingredients was higher then expected (fresh lettuce, crispy tomates..), patties can compare to home cooked, the portion was huge & I eat alot. I was happy to see a burger built wide instead of tall, it made the experience much more pleasant. The service was friendly & fast, the ambiance could be improved with the seating accomodation.
Their burgers are no doubt gigantic one of those babies will fill you well. Plus side the burgers are good well seasoned & garnished, however their poutine is terrible , dry , barely any cheese 12$ for a regular size for basically dried fries with a sprinkle of cheese.
The burgers, fries & chips were super the burger was really nice & its flavours are really enjoyable, the fries were really good & the chips were super. The service was good they were patient & kind. The space was really nice & it gives you the 90s vibe

They're a little more expensive than other burger places like Notre Boeuf but they're better burgers. This place is often really slow snd you could be waiting around 20 mins for a burger. They're super receptive on the phones tho so just call ahead & make your orde
Went with high hopes given the good reviews, left feeling underwhelmed. The fries are clearly frozen as is, I suspect, the meat(?) patty which was flavorless & a dull grey colour. The restaurant itself was grubby with dirty tables & floor & the bathroom was gross.

Best b12 out of other locations the service was top notch got a overdose with fries everything was fresh & the service the guy was nice & friendly recommended

I LOVE this place. It's clean & organized & everyone is friendly...really pleasant service. The burgers are huge & delicious & you better be hungry to get thru them lol. I'm not joking...2 people can share a burger combo & be totally satisfied for lunch. The chicken tenders are crispy & SO tasty & also come in very generous portions. The menu has a lot of choice so there's probably something for everyone. Forget your usual burger place & give these guys a try... You will not regret it! I had to break up with A&W because they could just not compete with B12 in NDG.
Anyone who knows me knows I love a good burger & it's usually hard to impress me. I passed by this place so many times before & totally regret that. The food is amazing! Super friendly service, & nice atmosphere. I feel like the bad reviews were just unfortunate one offs so pls don't judge by those. Give it a try & you won't be disappointed. Burgers are huge & it's big enough to share tbh haha. The tater tot poutine is my favorite + the b12 burger 11/10
