Big Burger Energy, Small Customer Service Vibes
Walked into B12 Burger Langelier thinking we'd grab a quick bite. What we got instead was a lesson in patience & portion sizes.
The counter lady taking our order was... how do I put this politely? Let's just say, if customer service were an Olympic sport, she wouldn't make the qualifiers. No smile, no greetings, just pure'next!' energy. I felt like I was in trouble for being hungry.
To add to the mystery, there were no prices anywhere. Screens weren't working, so ordering felt like a fast food blind date: full of confusion, regret, & onion rings. My wife had read reviews that the burgers were big, & I laughed. How big could a burger be?
Plot twist: the burgers are enormous. I ordered the #2 & my wife had the classic chicken burger, plus some onion rings to feel fancy. When the food came, I understood. These things are units. I'm convinced each burger contains the spirit of two cows & a gym membership.
The onion rings? Generous. Crispy. Delicious. If I'd known I was signing up for a food marathon, I would've carb-loaded the night before.
We paid $42 for two burgers & one side. I thought it was absurd... until halfway through my burger I started googling'how to store leftover burger in glove compartment.' Honestly, had the ordering process been smoother, we would've splurged on the six-burger family meal. But the vibe at the counter made me rethink all my life choices.
The good news? Tons of parking. The bad news? Only one other customer in the whole place. I'm guessing the other folks read the reviews & met the counter lady.Voir plus

Une superbe expérience au B12 Burger Langelier ! Les burgers sont incroyablement savoureux & bien garnis. L'endroit est propre, accueillant & l'ambiance est au top. Un grand merci à Chaima pour son excellent service, toujours avec le sourire & très professionnelle. Elle a rendu notre visite encore plus agréable. C'est certain, je reviendrai bientôt !Voir plus

Attention ,, très très mauvaise expérience vécu hier au b12 langelier les ailes de poulet étaient toutes noir de l extérieur jusqu à l os & la viande dans le Burger avait un goût acidulé pas frais du tout elle s effritait comme du papier rien avoir avec un bon angus juteux.j ai passé la nuit d après à voumir & essayer de surmonter es brûlures d estomac un vrai souci d hygiène & d entreposage dans ce restaurant ne vous fiez pas à l aspect du resto & à la grandeur des bergers votre santé est plus importante

B12 Burger Langelier is the best.. & to be honest, here you will taste the most delicious beef burger in Montreal, also don't forget about the grilled Swiss Chicken Burger WOW.. you must try it to judge for your self & you will not regret it, you will thank me & your belly will thank you for such a delicious crazy fast food.
