We stopped by for drinks & oysters about three times & received the warmest service each visit. The ladies were incredibly welcoming & crafted cocktails exactly to our liking, so well done every time.

Cool bar / lounge in the Fairmont. We had Salmon & Tuna tartare & Caesars & Martinis! Julie was our fantastic server! our new favorite place

Did not eat here but the drinks were great. Disappointed though that if you ask for an extra dirty Martini they charge you $5.00.

Seems petty for a higher end hotel & restaurant. Olive brine $5.00? I wouldn't go back.

We sat at the bar & ordered the poutine! Which was is perfectly crispy, rich gravy, & the cheese curds melted just right. The staff are genuinely friendly & gave great drink suggestions, The space is a bit snug & can get noisy, but that only adds to the lively & cozy atmosphere! Also Theo & our bartender Liz were fantastic! Merci bien pour vôtre hospitalité 🥂

Food is okay: I ordered a poutine & salmon tartare. Good variety of wine & barman is helpful with any drinks. View is nice as you can see the skiers if sitting close to the window while inside in the warm & cozy ambiance!

Wow so much respect for the manager. Every time she saw us she would make it a point to check up on us. Her suggestion to eat at Vieux Four as we were looking for Italian was the icing on the cake to finish off our night.

Super cocktails, avec petits snacks. Faites attention aux allergies aux arachides par contre. Belle vue du lounge, léger clssh avec le lobby de l'hôtel en arrière niveau ambiance & déco mais tolérable.
