Parmi les meilleurs croissants de Montréal! Toujours un faible pour leurs croissants jambon/fromage, mes préférés. Les pains à hamburger, hot-dog, ainsi que les muffins anglais sont aussi excellents.
Les pains sont moelleux, les farines sont bios, & il y a quelques options à 100% au levain, sans levure commercial. D'après moi, le pain au levain beaubien à farine intégrale est de loin le meilleur pain que j'ai goûté en ville. Les viennoiseries sont excellentes aussi. Bref, je suis très heureux d'avoir cette boulangerie dans le quartie

The alonge tastes more like an Americano. Very disappointing. The carrot muffin was delicious but this is my last visit. I'm out cycling & I've always liked this place, but for some reason the washroom is off limits.
Two suggestions - the Batard, & the cardamom roll! Get a bouquet of flowers too - peonies, tulips, whatever is in season fron the tables at the entrance. You can thank me later :)
We went here because there was a long line - & we know why! So delicious. The pastries were unbelievable. Top recommendations are the brownie (1st photo) & the vegetarian puff pastry. I don't know if they rotate it, but ours had an Indian spiced mixture & it was one of the best pastries I've had. Ps - the line moves fast!
Un des meilleurs noeud de cardamome que j'ai mangé. Très bien formé & très doux. (Mais une petit chose, pour moi, il aurait pu avoir plus d'arôme de cardamome.)
Pour moi la meilleure boulangerie de Montréal & des alentours ; avis totalement personnel! La baguette toute simple est juste parfaite pour moi &, chose très rare à Montréal, on peut demander des baguettes bien cuites qui le sont réellement!! Le chocolat chaud est également très bon, ainsi que les viennoiseries & les gâteaux type brownies.
