The most deliciously buttery pastry bites in all of Montreal. Their kouign amann is simply the most delectable baked item I have ever tasted in my life. It is the epitome of sweet, caramelized buttery, flaky. Also had an almond croissant which was probably the best croissant I've had. Looked a bit flat & deflated but was just as sweet, buttery, flaky, & delicious as the kouign amann. Both smelt & tasted so good they was gone before I had the chance to take any photos. What a phenomenal pastry shop &, more specifically, pastry itself! One slice was more than enough for the two of us because it's so tremendously buttery, but it's delicious & I wish we could've brought one home with us to share!
