Such a great spot! The staff were friendly & welcoming-offering us a welcome drink while we waited to be seated, which really elevated the experience. The vibe was amazing, with great music at just the right volume so you could still have a conversation. The drinks were top-tier, especially La Récolte, recommended by our waiter-honestly one of the best cocktails I've ever had. Can't wait to come back!View more

Located in Little Burgundy, this hidden cocktail spot offers a casual yet stylish vibe. The space features mirrored walls, some street-style art, & a well-stocked backbar that fits the energetic mood. Mixed crowd. Plenty of seating: couches, tables, bar stools. Music is good but leans loud-conversation is possible, but not easy during peak hours.

Menu is sleek & functional, organized by flavor profile with ingredients, ABV, & glass type clearly noted-great for navigating. Glassware is solid quality, garnishes are thoughtful, & overall presentation is on point. No coasters. Drinks are impressively balanced.
Special mention: Smoke Show - a fruity cocktail with an Instagram-worthy presentation & solid flavor to back it up.
Service: 8.5/10
Water served on arrival. Team is friendly & attentive. Prices are average for Montreal, but the bar felt lightly understaffed for its size-orders can take a while.View more

Loved it! First of all, can we talk about the doorman-he's awesome. We were greeted with fantastic drinks right off the bat. The service here is top-notch, the music & vibes are on point, & the drinks keep coming. & the fries? Absolutely incredible. A total win all around!

2025: La Récolte, Fédéral Réserve, & Pink Panther were all great. Music was awesome.
2022: Got the Satay Bros & Black Gotham cocktails & both were perfect. Service was attentive. Plexiglass between tables. Nice music & decor. Great experience.
2nd visit: Loosing my Rind, Smoke Show, & beef tartare were all excellent. Attentive service again.View more

At first I really loved this place, & I thought that I would be coming back often. The atmosphere was nice, the drinks were very good, some even came with a little show, service was very good & the oysters & calamari were great. But as the night went on, I started to notice some aspects that turned me off to returning. Many of the seats are just small stools with no backs, which make it less comfortable to stay, luckily we were only to & able to both sit on one side. The music then got really loud & as of about 9:30pm, we could almost not speak & everyone was shouting to be heard all around. It also seemed that they used plastic straws (although I may be wrong) & finally this is another one of those places that removes the 15% tip option, I have no issue giving a big tip when deserved but I hate being strong armed into it. A cheap trick that left me sour at the end.View more

One of the most unique'speakeasy's' in Montreal! Hidden away down an ally that you'd typically avoid on a dark night, except for the ropes & the huge (but incredibly friendly & professional doorman), you go underground for a really intimate setting, with great music & atmosphere. Relaxed, efficient table service, with an evocative menu of cocktails (& other drinks). The "Smoke Show" is a must, for the visual factor, & is damn tasty! Music was an ace mix of new & old hits, but unfortunately no dance floor. Still a 5* venue though. *TIP* if there is a queue to enter, politely speak to the doorman & let him know your party size; if a space opens for a particular size party, you MAY move ahead of other parties waiting in line.View more

Amazing experience! Lineup outside in alley to get in but the heated lamps helped with the cooler temps outside. The vibe inside was awesome. Music was loud. Service was outstanding. Cocktails were delicious. So glad we discovered this place & will return when traveling to Montreal again!View more

Funky speakeasy style bar. Had to wait outside for quite a while to enter. Should also mention it seemed like there were several groups of people who skipped the line because they knew the doorman. A quick hand shake & a "hey how ya been" got them ahead of the 20 plus people in line. Once inside, the atmosphere is loud. Music was interesting & was on a 90s pop/r&b playlist. Crowd was mostly people in their mid to late 30s, so the music fit the bill there. Drinks are crafted very well..prices on point from what you would expect at a craft cocktail lounge. Seating is a bit cramped. Food can be ordered from the restaurant, but the kitchen closed at 11p. Cool place to check out if you're in the area.View more

Super fun little fake speakeasy tucked away - love the pantone drink menu, the cocktails were all good - though one tasted a bit like a mix of a caprihina + a tootsie roll in a way that didn't quite bring everything together but was still fun to drink with fun presentation in a tiki-whale cup. Staff was attentive/responsive, crowd control is good, music not too loud, while still making for a fun festive yet intimate environment.View more

Always a great experience there! I love the drink menu & the staff is very professional! Its a very nice bar with great seating & lounge type experience. I dont mind the music volume & song choice at all, although I do believe its a bit more of a club feeling sometimes while I rather something a bit calmer. Strongly recommend coming earlier as it gets busy most of the time passed 9-10pmView more

At first you're confused where you are until you see the graffiti door in the alleyway & realize that's where the cocktail club is. Inside it's a very upscale atmosphere with a nice bar, good selection of alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks & good amount of seating room. I was surprised at how crowded it was on a Monday night but it's a great place to go out with friends to catch up or even a date. The music isn't too loud but it is nice & the service was amazing. I really liked how it looked inside & I'm happy I was able to visit based on a recommendation from a friend. We just got drinks but their food menu had a lot of options as well & all reasonably priced.View more
