Une expérience agréable dans l'ensemble, mais en deçà de mes attentes.
L'endroit est élégant & facile à trouver, & l'accueil est agréable. Cependant, concernant l'atelier en lui-même, je m'attendais à être guidée par un chef pâtissier & non chef cuisinier, ce qui aurait apporté une véritable expertise. Le formateur maîtrisait les bases seulement (ces dires), ce qui a quelque peu modifié mes attentes par rapport à cette expérience.
De plus, avec un nom comme'Atelier & Saveurs', je m'attendais à un atelier plus interactif. Le temps passé à pâtisser était limité, peut-être en raison du nombre de participants. Les trois heures ont donc semblé longues pour ce que nous avions réellement à faire.
Peut-être est-ce aussi un problème de niveau de compétence des participants en pâtisserie.
Cela dit, l'expérience reste plaisante. Quelques ajustements permettraient d'améliorer l'expérience & de mieux répondre aux attentes des participants.

Chef remi was fantastic, good looking guy & super interesting class on the salmon burger. It was insightful & Nam learned how to make Mayo. Burger is so yummy eh?
