J'ai donné un cours de pâtisserie pour la fêtes des pères à mon père & c'était pour lui la pire expérience. Le formateur n'était pas un pâtissier, n'avait jamais exécuté les recettes. Elle a improvisé de A à Z les recettes. A utilisé les participants comme des aide de cuisines. Il n'a rien appris & c'est retrouvé avec des patisseries médiocres. Très déçu de mon achat. Ne vous fiez pas au bonnes notes si vous y allez pour des cours de patisserie.

Déçue du service clientèle & des recettes. J'ai suivi deux cours différents & j'ai retrouvé deux recettes pareilles dans chacun d'eux. C'est donc décevant de payer pour avoir de la répétition. Aussi, j'ai dû quitter le pays inextremis pour des raisons urgentes personnelles à la dernière minute & il n'y a eu aucune coopération, j'ai demandé à reporter le cours & on m'a avisé que le délai était trop court. Malheureusement, j'aurais aimé une compréhension de la situation & de l'aide.

Victor Gingras was such an amazing instructor! We had such a great time at his cocktail class & learnt a lot of history of cocktails & their origins. Would recommend this course to anyone who is looking for a fun event. The drinks were amazing also!!

J'ai adoré le cours de pâtes ! Une expérience conviviale & gourmande : cuisiner, puis savourer notre plat en portions généreuses dans une belle ambiance, c'était vraiment agréable.

Le petit verre de vin 🍷 ajoutait une belle touche, & le personnel était très accueillant & sympathique.

Merci pour ce beau moment - à refaire sans hésiter 😊
