We were extremely disappointed. The whole group of people actually. Our chef was a woman (can't remember her name unfortunately). It's clear that she didn't have much experience. She talked way too much. It took us forever to cook. Much much longer than planned. She didn't know her recepies that well. When the soup was served wefound out that there were not enough portions. But the worst part is that she didn't organize the cooking process so that every person of our group is occupied with something. Which was very disappointing & annoying. While she gave a small part of group something to be occupied with, the others just watched.

J'ai fait un atelier de cuisine intitulé „Tapas' qui était OK mais pas ce pour quoi je me suis inscrit.

La photo de l'atelier montrait des aliments méditerranéen (olives, saucisson, etc. & il n'y a pas de menus dans la description. Sur place, on a fait burger au poulet, tartare de thon, magret de canard & crevettes tempura. Peut être que ça devrait s'appeler amuse gueule/bouche plutôt? Sinon une brève description du menu mettrait au clair les attentes.

Sinon le déroulement était « OK » J'ai manqué des bouts de l'atelier parce que tout se passait très vite & des instructions se donnaient à de petits groupes alors que d'autres étaient occupés ailleurs. La personne qui dirigeait l'atelier était nouveau alors l'expérience est sans doute variable.

Bref, si vous débutez en cuisine, c'est l'fun malgré le prix ($250 à deux en 2026). Si vous avez déjà un peu d'expérience en cuisine, je ne le recommande pas nécessairement.
