Une ambiance sympa & un bon repas en bonne compagnie, mais j'ai été déçue par l'aspect cours de cuisine qui était ma motivation première. On n'apprend pas vraiment à cuisiner. On se retrouve plutôt enrôlé dans une brigade de cuisine où tout va très vite & où le chef n'a pas vraiment de temps pour nous aider. On doit préparer un repas trois services & pendant qu'on équeute du thym, à l'autre bout, on prépare la sauce & on ne voit pas ce qui se passe. Pour le cours de confection de pâte fraiche que j'avais choisi, seuls 3 étudiants sur 11 ont pu pétrir la pâte & en connaître la composition, les autres écrasaient de l'ail ou découpaient des oranges. Heureusement, on a tous pu essayer de façonner les pâtes à la manivelle, sinon cela aurait vraiment une déception. Mais je n'ai aucune idée de la façon de préparer les sauces, il y a trop de recettes & on est trop éparpillé. J'avais vraiment espéré un vrai cours de cuisine.
