Did a wine tasting & appreciation class. Complete nonsense. The teacher made no sense. Don't waste your money.
The teacher just talked about wine in a nonsensical way & everyone else was just agreeing with her so as not to look stupid.

Their management had the nerve to call me & tell me that I am to blame for not enjoying the class.

Truly don't bother with this unprofessional outfit. Go to ITHQ or La Guilde Culinaire (much better teachers & customer service).

If I could give zero star - I would.

Je suis allée à la succursale du centre Eaton hier soir. Notre chef Eli était fantastique : il nous a très bien expliqué comment faire les recettes, il donnait beaucoup d'informations & il était très généreux. La bouffe était délicieuse & notre mixologue était parfait.

Je tiens à partager mon expérience extrêmement décevante avec Ateliers & Saveurs. J'avais réservé plus d'un mois d'avance pour une dégustation de vin afin de célébrer le 60e anniversaire de ma mère. Ce devait être une surprise &, ma fois, niveau surprise, nous n'avons pas été déçus.

Une fois arrivés sur place, alors que nous retirions nos manteaux & commencions à discuter avec les gens présents, nous avons vite remarqué qu'il manquait des chaises (nous étions un groupe de 5). En allant voir la personne au comptoir, on m'informe qu'il n'y a aucune réservation à mon nom, ni pour ce soir, ni pour aucune autre date. Je lui montre ma confirmation de commande avec la date & l'heure d'aujourd'hui, mais l'employé me répond qu'il ne peut rien faire puisque le gérant n'est pas sur place & que je serai contacté plus tard dans la semaine. On nous a ensuite très fortement invités à quitter les lieux puisque le cours s'apprêtait à débuter. Nous nous sommes retrouvés sans aucun plan, le soir même de son anniversaire, sur le Plateau-Mont-Royal alors que tous les bons endroits affichaient déjà complets.

Le gérant m'a téléphoné le lendemain pour m'informer qu'un employé avait annulé notre réservation par erreur. Aucune excuse, aucune proposition de compensation pour la soirée gâchée. Il m'a simplement dit qu'il allait faire une « exception » en me remboursant plutôt que de me donner un crédit. Quelle générosité...

Bref, une erreur administrative peut arriver, mais le manque de service client & d'empathie qui a suivi est inacceptable. À éviter pour vos événements importants, ou alors prévoyez un plan B pour votre soirée.
