L'atelier SAQ à l'ITHQ à été annulé sans aucun préavis en raison d'une panne de courant… alors même que l'électricité était revenue. Aucune communication, aucun avertissement aux participants, malgré les déplacements & le temps investi.
Je comprends qu'un imprévu peut survenir, mais maintenir l'annulation sans explication & sans prévenir relève d'un sérieux manque de professionnalisme. Une gestion & une communication franchement décevantes pour une organisation de ce calibre.
Finalement, l'atelier a eu lieux malgré le fait qu'on nous expliqué longuement qu'il serait impossible de tenir l'atelier... Une chance qu'on n'a pas écouté le staff & qu'on est resté un peu. Une belle gang de désorganisé
Des plats exceptionnels bien expliqués quant à la préparation & les champagnes expliqués de main de maître avec les détails relatifs à leur origine. Une soirée au delà de mes attentes.
I had the pleasure of attending the'bulles' course led by Andrée-Anne at the ITHQ, & I cannot recommend her highly enough. She is exceptionally knowledgeable, demonstrating a deep mastery of the subject while making even the more complex concepts feel accessible & engaging.
Her teaching style is clear, structured, & enthusiastic, creating an enjoyable learning environment from start to finish.
