This destination is a must-visit for anyone seeking exceptional quality and artistry in their sweet indulgences and tea pairings.
Atelier Marjorie is widely recognized for its beautiful aesthetic and delicious, high-quality pastries that often exceed expectations. Many customers enjoy the bento cake decorating workshops as a fun and creative outing, frequently praising the tasty beverages and the professional, warm service provided during these sessions. However, the experience is not without its drawbacks, as visitors frequently note that the venue is extremely small and can become uncomfortably warm. Some guests have expressed frustration regarding the limited instruction during workshops, the perceived lack of value for the price point, and inconsistencies in service, ranging from very attentive to minimal. While custom cakes receive high acclaim for their taste and design, the overall atmosphere and space constraints suggest that while the concept is highly appealing, the experience can vary depending on the level of staff engagement and crowd size.
I wanted so much to try the place but was disappointed. It may be great for a full tea time, but for the rest the pastries were overpriced in my opinion, paying 7.5 for just a choux is way too exaggerated. Thing is i always give a try to see as it may worth it. & no, here it is a simple choux, small & not event fully filled with cream. I put this comment as I am used to expensive pâtisseries in Paris, from chefs & at the same price, the price generally matches the quality. My intention here is that this helps getting higher end services & products. I don't mind paying more & supporting small businesses, but the overall experience must be coherent (price/service/product quality/place). I also took a fraisier which was nice & worth the price (even tho it was in a plactic container...). Took an ice cream too which was nice, could be filled a bit more but i enjoyed it. & i confirm the other comments, the place is really small but crowded with tables. So if you're more than 2 try to book before or plan to takeout. Maybe better to leave less tables so people can feel more comfortable, this will upgrade the experience. Also about the comments regarding the customer service, I think it's because they (or one at least) are French, people here are not used to the parisian "attitude" (my opinion here) but they didn't seem that rude, just French normal rudeness lol don't take it personally 😉

What a delightful experience! We came to celebrate a birthday at this charming pastry shop & were thoroughly impressed. The service was top-notch, with friendly & attentive staff who made us feel like we were the only customers in the shop. & oh, the pastries! They were simply splendid - flaky, buttery, & full of flavor. The decor was also lovely, with a cozy atmosphere that made us feel like we were in a French bakery. & to top it all off, parking was a breeze(paid)! Overall, a wonderful spot to celebrate a special occasion. Five stars without a doubt!
We absolutely loved our experience at Atelier Marjorie. This started out as a "Yes Day" for my daughter ( 10 years old) who asked for a cake decorating activity. It turned out to be a very empowering & fun event as we met with the very passionate & creative entrepreneur patisserie chef Marjorie who took the time to explain & recommend the best summer beverages & desserts. I wanted to say thank you for going above & beyond & wanted you to know that you have influenced my daughter to pursue & believe in her dreams with your testimonial. The cake was absolutely delicious & the whole experience to be repeated. Thank you also for finding a creative solution as we did not have umbrellas & were caught in the rain. Wishing you continued succes ❤️
