Ate at Ile Perrot location.
Imagine coming home to the comforting aroma of your parents or grandparents cooking, eagerly awaiting your arrival. That's the kind of authentic, heartwarming experience this restaurant offers - delicious home-style meals, a welcoming atmosphere, & even homemade iced tea. A truly special place, I highly recommend it & can't wait to visit again & again.

Le meilleur resto de la région. Nous sommes allés pour la 1 ère fois lors de mon anniversaire. Nous avons reçu un accueil extraordinaire, comme si nous allions chez des amis. La nourriture était excellente, le service courtois & les petites attentions qui ont fait la différence entre ce resto & des chaînes de restos sans âmes. C est un endroit qui mérite vraiment d'être connu. Les prix étaient raisonnables. Nous reviendrons certainement, & je n hésiterai pas a le recommander a tout ceux que je connais.

Bonjour, j'ai eu la chance goûter à leur cuisine. C'était tout simplement délicieux. Les viandes étaient tellement tendres. Elles fondaient dans la bouche. Merci. Je recommande fortement. Le punding au riz était succulent également.

I ordered online & then picked up. It felt like I was eating home cooked meal, so flavourful & fresh. The portions were perfect. Definitely a go to place for proper Afghani food. So so good!

Found this place on a whim. Amazing quality! Delicious food! Great ambience, & the best service. The Owner/server was kind, friendly & welcoming. My husband & I were both impressed with the food & friendly service & will return.

We were 2 people. We went last night. We tried two main dishes. The portion size was adequate not overly large or too small. The food was tasty. We had a plate with a kinda chicken stew on rice next to a salad. I liked that one better, it was kinda a comfort food feeling that would be great on a cold day. The second dish was a mixed grill of lamb, chicken & kafta. The lamb was very tasty, the chicken & kafta were will cooked but I didn't find anything special about the flavors. The service was good. We thought that for the value of the meal to be a little bit less than what we paid but not overly excessive. All in all, it is a good place if looking for a simple,casual, clean, budget conscious dining experience. Btw, lots of free parking spaces.

Let's get something straight: some places are worth the drive. Not'good for the area,' not'convenient if you're nearby' - I'm talking about a place that justifies going out of your way, especially if you live anywhere west of Montreal. & this Afghani restaurant in Île-Perrot? It's the spot. A hidden gem in the truest sense.
Forget downtown dining hype. Forget overpriced Instagrammable nonsense. This place is raw authenticity, deep flavor, & warmth - the kind of food that doesn't need to scream to be heard. It's tucked out there past the West Island, just far enough to feel like a discovery, & trust me: if you're in the West Island or anywhere farther west, you owe it to yourself to eat here.
