Autant on avait été enchanté par notre visite au restaurant de St-Henri, autant celui-ci laisse à désirer.

Personnel froid, snob & antipathique, j'étais curieux d'essayer un vrai bon sandwich au poulet frit étant donné que c'est devenu un de mes sandwichs préférés. Le pain challah soutient une excellente poitrine de poulet frit à la perfection. Salade iceberg, classique & bien choisie pour ce genre de sandwich.

Le problème, c'est le prix: $35 (taxes & service) pour le sandwich, pas de boisson, un pickle en extra (qui était ordinaire), ça fait cher pour un repas du midi & le rating en a souffert. La bouffe est 5/5 mais le prix débalance l'équation & donc ramène sur la moyenne à 3/5. Rien de négatif, juste trop cher.

En comparaison, Mitch Deli fait le même sandwich pour $14.

Correct mais sans plus.

Ayant adoré mon expérience à la succursale dans St-Henri, je me devais d'essayer celle du Cathcart & c'était que du positif ! La possibilité de réserver est très appréciée, l'endroit est très lumineux, décoré de bon goût & les plats étaient excellents ! Le service reçu était également super :-) Je recommande de le Latke Smorgasbord & le sandwich Mc Arthur !View more

Best brunch place downtown, & for many reasons! Located in the heart of downtown with a beautiful spot in PVM, it is way bigger than their other location, & always the option of sitting in the cathcart. Amazing food, the pancakes, salmon & breakfast sandwich are definitely the best plate on the menue. I also recommend trying their coffee menue, their vanilla latte are delicious !finally, the staff is very helpful & can easily make you navigate through their high quality menue.View more

This Arthur's allows for reservations, & that makes it my favourite location! Love the chicken schnitzel sandwich (buttery-fried challah bread, perfectly done schnitzel, pickle, etc). Options for all! & if you have a sweet tooth, get the cookie.View more

The food was good but better at the main location in St Henri. The service was awful - not only slow but the orders came mixed up. Slowness is not ideal at lunch time when your main clientele is office workers on lunch. My friend asked for an iced coffee with oat milk & got it black, I ordered a coffee that I never got (& realized only as I was leaving that I was charged the $4 for a filtered coffee I never received...). No one came to check on us after our food came. The food was good & standard for Arthur's. Irritated about spending a combined $10+ on coffee & both orders being wrong/no shows. I wouldn't come back here. Visit the OG location for the proper experience. $67 for two lunches (breakfast sandwich & smorgasbord), two coffees & a $10 side of latkes (2, which were each about the circumference of a tangerine) feels a bit excessive when service is terrible.View more

The food is good here. The menu changes a little bit from time to time & unfortunately it's not flexible at all. We wanted the eggs & salami to be as a sandwich, but they refused to fix it the way we wanted. The pancakes weren't as crispy as they should be. The coffee is tasteless, but it's the only coffee they have.View more

Get. The. Pancakes. They're so good. The texture is very unique, but they're awesome. The McArthur schnitzel sandwich & shmorgishborg were also amazing. The pancakes are filling, & sharing between 2-4 people is a nice'dessert'. The service was actually top-notch. It's in Cathcart (like an upscale food court), but it has its own section. It's kind of loud, but not too bad. For 1 main & 1/4 pancakes it was $27 before tip. You can make reservations at this Arthur's which you can't at the other.View more

I come to Arthur's at cathcart every Friday after school. I went with my friend today & we ordered the same thing we get every time - salami sandwich, tuna melt, & syrniki. The salami sandwich & tuna melt were both awful. Salami sandwich had too much mustard, & barely any coleslaw. Tuna melt was still cold, bread was no good, & the tuna was dry- it was not mixed with the sauce!!!! The syrniki were still delicious, but there was barely any maple syrup as if Arthur's started cutting costs.... If this had been my first time at this location, I would have never returned. Disappointing to say the least.View more

J'avais commandé le sandwich Mr. Arthur au poulet frit & ce n'est absolument pas ce que j'ai reçu, même si j'ai mentionné au serveur qu'il m'amenait le mauvais plat la première fois, il a ramené à une deuxième reprise le mauvais plat. Je ne voulais pas faire de drame, car j'étais avec des clients, mais vos serveurs devraient être plus prudents.

Excellent food & excellent service, as always.
I always have the pancakes when I come to Arthur's but this time I decided to try something different. I had the mc arthur sandwich & it was sooooo good. This restaurant never disappoints!!!

Délicieux, très agréablement surprise de Arthur's, nous avons pris le sandwich déjeuner & les Pancakes, les deux incroyables.
Seule chose, l'attente pour recevoir les plats un peu longue, mais compréhensible prenant en considération qu'il est possible qu'il manque de main d'oeuvre au niveau de la cuisine par rapport à la demande.

Très bon, service qualitatif, nourriture de qualité.
Le pain du sandwich était un petit peu sec & les schnitzel légèrement trop fins mais nous avons été très satisfaits
