The best lunch we've had on the entire trip to Montreal. The chicharron arepa is the apex of pork sandwiches. We had a gluten sensitive diner, & she had no issues at all. There were also some great drink options (including gluten free beer too). Wait staff were wonderful. Highly recommend.
Food is awesome, service is fast, & prices are amazing. I always get an arepa when I come. I love that everything is gluten-free (as a gluten intolerant person) & that theyvhave options for omnivores, veggies & vegans. Therevare 4 vegan arepas. The plantains & yuka fries are also vegan. They have 1 vegan empenada & 1 vegan dessert (flan). Everything tastes good. It's not high end refined food, it's street food done right. Super filling & good value.
They have a kid's menu...yay! My daughter (3 yo) ate the whole lot, she loved it.
Atmosphere is alright, place is big & can accommodate many groups.
Staff is friendly, but to the point.
I would 100% recommend!

Love coming back to this place. Their arepas are de-li-ciO-sas. The juices are fresh. Their arepas & empanada options are varied, they easily accomodate personal preferences. Staff is attentive.
Excellente option pour de la nourriture vénézuélienne authentique. Bon rapport qualité-prix & bon service. Quelle déception de constater que ma serveuse trilingue préférée, Nora, n'y soit plus. Elle nous servait & conseillait dans une douceur & une efficacité singulière. Beaux moments maintenant derrière nous…
Lovely place, delicious food, cheap prices, many options, especially for people with dietary restrictions. They seem to have built their menu around people who cannot consume gluten, but it doesn't taste like it at all. I tried this place out to bring my celiac brother. Very satisfied & looking forward to having him feel included when going out to eat. Good for vegans, vegetarians & picky eaters ! There are also many meat options :)
It was very nice for my wife to find a totally gluten free restaurant. Had to park a few blocks away but it was will worth it for the friendly service & tasty arepas. Several vegan options as well.

Absolutely delicious food! The trio of empanadas with cheese & chicken was my personal favourite perfectly crispy, flavorful, & paired with amazing sauces. The place also offers great vegetarian options, which is always a big plus. The staff is incredibly friendly & welcoming. Just thinking about this place again makes my mouth water, so delicious 🤤
everything was incredibly delicious! so happy to have so many gluten free options. the food came out quickly & the staff was friendly. highly recommend!
Amazing experience! Food was delicious! Our server was more than helpful, even guiding us on how to make the breads themselves. I cannot say enough good things about it! Gluten free to top it off & our sever helped me choose options that didn't have dairy. My teenager announced it was one of his two favourite restaurants... High praise! Would definitely recommend.

We dined here recently & had fantastic meals! The waitstaff was very attentive & kind. There are many options on the menu to choose from & we all really Enjoyed what we ordered.
The arepas here are stacked & they have a variety from meat lovers to seafood lovers to vegans! Options for everyone. I ordered the tilapia one & a guava drink. Both good. The guava drink was so refreshing, a bit too sweet, should've asked for less sugar, but it was still good. The arepa, while not the best I've ever had, was also good & filling for just CAD$14. Great deal! Service was attentive & pro. Place was clean & orderly. Feedback would be for spicier salsa option & crispier, more buttery arepa.

We came here during a group lunch at work & it was great. They have a lot of sandwich options (Arepas) to chose from, basically something for everyone. But that is basically all they do, nice to see a restaurant that knows their specialty & does it so well (there are also some plates to choose from). We were all very pleased with our choices & the prices are great as well. We were in a hurry, as you often are during a large work lunch, but this place was fast (we did all look at the menu in advance though & planned our orders). A very good option for a quick bite.
The food was very good & server was very helpful. Definitely recommend this place if you want to try new food ! I was slightly disappointed by the vegetarian option though.
Quite possibly your best option if you see gluten free! Gluten free everything offered here. & it is mostly naturally gluten free, not gluten free substitutes. I suggest getting the plate.
