Been a couple times to this restaurant & am a huge fan! I love the arepas here & all the flavour choices. We also tried the empanadas to start & a delicious dessert to finish. They also serve awesome local gluten free beer. I will come back to eat here again every time I visit Montreal!

I think they should have an option to order the empanadas without anything in it. Because I didn't like any of their filling options. I especially didn't like the weird abuela spice they added to the frijoles filling I felt like I was eating a moldy couch. But I think if they take that weird spice out & keep it simply flavored it would be super good with frijoles negros. But the outside of the empanadas was really good they should keep doing what they're doing with that. Two stars because service was also hella slow even though it wasn't busy. There were only four other people in the restaurant 😕

First lunch in Canada. We asked Mikael for recommendations & boy did he deliver! The cheese empanadas were INCREDIBLE! I had the beef arepa & it was DELICIOUS. Service was amazing, Mikael made us feel really welcomed & made sure we wanted to come back. Pure success!

Empanadas were served with a lot of oil, & then a pasta kid was removed from the table because it has gluten. The service was really bad & the actitud because of the pasta was terrible.

Food, drink, service & restaurant were excellent in every way! They served my family of 11 for a late lunch & we enjoyed it all. Highly recommend you try the empanadas!

Our first time trying Venezuelan food & this place was amazing! The cheese empanadas were so delicious, & the Reina Pepiada was excellent. Everything was fresh & full of flavor; highly recommend!

We dropped by for takeout on a cold rainy Montreal evening. We had our order taken quickly & about 15 minutes later were on our way back to the AirBnB. We had the Empanadas (3) & the Pollo platter. Delicious! We didn't have to worry about taking a gluten-ease pill either.

The food was delicious & everything came at a great temperature with generous portions. I highly recommend the empanadas, you can order them mixed, which is perfect for trying different flavors. The cheese one was amazing, & the pork empanada was just as good. I also had the Llanera arepa & really enjoyed it. For dessert, the coconut flan was tasty as well.

They also have soursop water, sugarcane juice, & other fresh juices, which was a nice touch. I only wish they had offered a straw, but that's a very minor detail. Prices are affordable & the staff was friendly. Sometimes it felt a little hard to get someone's attention for dessert or the bill, but honestly it also gave us time to relax & enjoy our conversation. Overall, a very good experience & I'd definitely come back.
