Very unfriendly & lazy staff. Whenever we asked for something, they wouldn't bring it. They were also very unfriendly, often ignoring us & giving us strange looks. When we asked the girl barista for something, she never came back. When we asked the guy, he rolled his eyes at us as if we weren't customers. Overall, it felt like we were bothering them just by being there. Lol
Unfortunately, my experience at this place was far from satisfying. The service was extremely slow, & we had to wait a long time before anyone took our order. The food arrived very late & without any flavor, & it certainly did not match the high prices. The cleanliness of the place was also below expectations, & the tables were not properly arranged. In addition, the outdoor stairs were not cleared of snow, which caused my friend to slip & fall. Overall, I do not recommend visiting this place, & the experience was quite disappointing
Really loved the experience at Arabica Lounge. The restaurant has great vibes, the staff are super friendly & hard-working, & I'll definitely be going back.
There is very disrespectful people & the guard who is the stand the outside he's talking very bad with sure. The food is very bad & decision. The price is too high. I don't know whether take much money & also & my idea here is not a good place. That's all.
I literally saw a mouse inside under the table.
Most of employees are terrible & disrespectful, manager as well. Will never come back 🤢 the place isn't even worth chilling for free
