Absolutely terrible experience. The bouncer, Momar, was rude, aggressive, & completely unprofessional from start to finish. I was not even allowed to retrieve my phone or pay my bill before being confronted, which is unacceptable.
Instead of handling the situation respectfully, he got right in my face & acted in an intimidating manner. I've never been treated with such disrespect at a lounge. The entire interaction left me feeling unwelcome & singled out.
Management should seriously reconsider who they have representing their business. No customer should be spoken to or approached this way. Between the poor treatment, lack of professionalism, & hostile atmosphere, I will never be returning & would not recommend this place to anyone.

As a long time customer I recommend Arabica as one of the best spots to wine an dine. A appreciation to the restaurant staffs especially Diana who takes much time to make sure you feel welcome. The place deserves some love 5 star ⭐⭐⭐ ⭐ ⭐ Arabica lounge
I had an amazing time at this shisha lounge, & a big part of that was thanks to Britany. She was incredibly welcoming from the moment I walked in, made sure I had everything I needed, & recommended a few flavors that turned out to be perfect.
Her service was attentive without being overbearing - she checked in just enough to make sure my friends & I were comfortable & enjoying ourselves. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers' experience.
If you're planning to visit, I highly recommend asking for Britany. She really goes above & beyond to make the night special.
The main selling point here is the shisha. It is a relaxing fusion of Arabian nights with Afro beats vibes. It provides a unique opportunity to have an outdoor type sit out with friends indoors! The service is good & relaxed, the atmosphere is fairly good depending on the time of night & day of the week. The clientele is mainly youngish - gen x or early gen z. Lots of good natural vibes about the lounge
Arabica Lounge has been a mainstay for our trips to Montreal for over 10 years! Not only is the food & service excellent, it has a very unique atmosphere - modern where it counts, but tucked into an historical building on a quiet side street close to the action on St. Catherine. The crowd is young & fun without being too rowdy, it's filled with positive energy but you can still carry on a conversation. The hookas are always clean & they exclusively use coconut charcoal, so the smell, taste & management of your hookah is simple & very pleasant. We enjoyed several hours together & left happy as always with the experience!
Great ambiance, cozy seating, & attentive staff make this lounge a perfect spot to unwind. The cocktails were expertly crafted, & the hookah was mind blowing, the menu offered a variety of tasty options. Definitely coming back for more.
